Just wanted to thank 911 restoration for sending a crew out after hrs to fix a water damage in my moms 2nd story apartment. Willie Stevenson and his crew did an exceptional job!

If I could give them negative stars, I would.Shoddy work.Not reliable. Reused original baseboards. Left trash from the house,hardwood floors on the side of the house and old carpet stacked in the front of her house for over three weeks.Nails in the driveway in the yard. Broke the front storm door. Refused to acknowledge."Greg" stated it would take ,"two to three weeks," for work to be completed. It took 8.5 weeks for completion. They stopped working on the house because,"they had a house burned out in Mooresville." and that they could not complete her house because ,"they needed to do the other house." Also, did not replace insulation correctly under the house until they were called. she paid $10,000 upfront.Overpriced and overcharged. They charged over $6000 to ," pack up my mother's things." She packed up most of her things. Also, my mother is currently waiting on an insurance payment to complete payment, and have told them this SEVERAL times. At this juncture they have actually filed a lawsuit stating she is,"refusing to pay." Threatening a widowed woman who lives alone and has no experience with these type of people. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They trying to take advantage of an older, sweet country woman in Anson County who is naive in regards to predators such as this company. BEWARE.

I had some work done at my house, and the 911 guy name Willie Stevenson was amazing he was very knowledgeable and very respectful, and I got rid of the mold problem I would highly recommend this man to your home as well... Thank you again Mr. Willie.

I called the 800 National number, and they transferred me to the local office. That same day, Scott came and checked out our crawl space..... He was on time and knowledgeable about the issue. Came back the next morning and cleaned everything up and I was good to go. I had a great experience overall.

Dennell was amazing! Our bathroom flooded and was like a small water park! Water was coming through the ceilings.. Dennell and his team responded to the emergency within a couple hours of my frantic call and remedied the situation within 24-48 hours. They communicated with my insurance company and kept me in the loop every step of the way! Thank you sooooo much!

Had some water damage from a clogged washer drain pipe. Aaron and Willy were great and very professional. They did a good job cleaning and drying everything out. Would recommend again.

I will say there was a problem and miscommunication initially with the company. However, Tim and Greg were awesome and they 100% changed my views of the company due to their actions. I recently had repairs and a restoration performed by 911 Restoration of Charlotte. I initially met with proprietor Tim Craine to discuss the problem and within minutes I knew this would be the right company for the job. Mr. Craine was courteous and extremely knowledgeable using the latest hi-tech devices to pinpoint the exact cause of a slow leak in an upstairs bathroom that had also permeated a dining room ceiling directly below it. He provided an estimate that was actually held to, very rare in these days. His staff was dressed neatly and they were also very polite and accommodating. I can not say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone needing the type of services they provide.
