They came out to remove the water from my toilet overflowing and turns out I️ had mold too. They were quick and informative! Helped me through the whole process and now I️ can use my bathroom again!

I called them for a quote and some advice for a minor water leak from the HVAC in our attic causing a water stain on the ceiling in one of our rooms. They sent someone out, who determined the issue could be self repaired and that there was no standing water or potential mold issue. Honesty and professionalism go a long way in my book, and I appreciate both the owner and technicians time and professionalism.

Had a situation where the home had some water damage due to flooding i.e., hot water heater burst. Water all over 2nd floor of the home, eventually migrating to 1st floor causing lots of damage in the process. 911 Restoration came in and did a fantastic job drying and cleaning our home. When it was all said and done, we were extremely happy with the work they did. AND... They were instrumental in assisting with the new water heater installation/selection. Kudos to the owner(s) and their staff for being as thorough as they were knowing and understanding this was an unexpected-traumatic event and we really didn't know what to do. 911 Restoration performed 2 contract jobs for me. The first was was the complete encapsulation of the crawl space and the second recovery from water damage caused by a water heater leak. Both jobs were performed professionally, efficiently and on-time. The staff were courteous and worked effectively to get the jobs done. Mine and my husbands business know Tim Crane from 911 restoration from past shared projects. however, yesterday late afternoon at 4pm I came home and noticed that our basement has all but flooded. I called my husband and then we decided to call Tim to see if he could help. I spoke to Tim and let him know that out basement was flowing with water. He immediately (at 4pm) sent a crew out to our house without hesitation. The crew worked for several hours to begin addressing the problem. 911 R was reasonably priced and efficient, I would definitely use them again for other projects. I didn’t have too much contact with the workers but I spoke to Willie Stevenson for a bit, he was very respectful of my house and confidant about the work being done. I was nervous about more damage being done and he reassured me.

Wow - what a great company to deal with! I cannot say enough good about Bryan, Scott, Aaron, Josh & Willie - professional, courteous, informative, and punctual! They treated my home as if it was there own! Our issue occurred over the Labor Day weekend and 911 Restoration was there for us despite the holiday weekend! Did a superb job that we hired them back to another of our locations to fix a major air conditioning leak that cause major damage to two offices. The guys that came out put me at ease. My washing machine back up at the connection and there went the flooding of my kitchen and dining room area. I was distraught for I had just put wood flooring in my dining room. Had to have the wood flooring taking up. These guys got in there pulled the water out and put the fans in in no time. But the biggest thing for me was yes the physical work but also the putting my mind at ease with an option that fitted my needs and my pocket. Tim and his team are fantastic! They responded so quickly to get flooring removed and fans set up after a large dishwasher malfunction cause a good bit of flooding in our kitchen. We ended up using them for the remodel as well and they communicated well during the process. Our kitchen looks amazing now! A very trustworthy company.

Tim is very professional and did an excellent job in drying up my ceiling leak and helping me fix an issue with my AC unit. They were quick, clean and followed up on the job to ensure we were not having any issues. It didn't feel like he was just there to make a buck like it can feel like with other companies, he not only seemed to care about the outcome of our issue but drove 45 minutes to an hour just come to my house and help fix it himself.
