I was beyond satisfied with this company. I had some drywall work done and a few TVs mounted! The work was exceptional, customer service was excellent and the price was great and lower then a few other quotes I had received. They were thorough and did a fantastic job with answering my questions as well as the clean up! You definitely won’t be sorry if you try these guys!!

The team did a fantastic job with a garage door replacement. They quickly identified the cause of the problem with our garage door, sourced a new motor and installed it in only a couple of days. They were polite, up front about pricing, and rushed back out when we had an issue with the wall button the next morning. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service!

My husband and I hired Maintenance Men and More to replace two garage doors and their corresponding side load lifts. My garage has a very high ceiling, so it was not your typical garage job. Dustin Almond did the work and he did an excellent job. Communication from the company was very good and they did the job for a reasonable price. The company is still providing me with excellent service. I accidentally hit the garage door track with the side mirror of my car, and it bent the track. I called Chris Tillman and he came by the same day and straightened the track. If you need garage work done, I highly recommend Maintenance Men and More.

Absolutely incredible to work with! We hired them to convert our garage into an office and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were efficient and completed everything in the time frame they gave at a great price! Chris was professional, honest and patient with all of my questions along the way. He made himself accessible and was always quick to respond. Every person on their team was a pleasure to work with. They made this remodel easy and truly a great experience. 3M Construction did an excellent job replacing my roof!

Their communication was outstanding — they kept me informed at every stage of the project, answered all my questions, and made the process stress-free. The crew was professional, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when the job was complete.

Beware! Took money for work not performed and refused to refund. Received over $2k in overpayments. His subcontractor destroyed new lock set by cross-threading as I stood and said to her, "Don't do that!".... she refused! Subcontractors seemed incompetent and Chris fabricated stories about what I had numerous times told him was in need of repair. Untrustworthy! Hire at your own risk! Business address is a PO Box....take a hint!

Chris and his team were amazing and very talented. We enjoyed working with them immensely. We will definitely work with them in the future. The process was easy and well orchestrated, again thank you Chris, Ashley, and Daniel!

This company is the Best in Charlotte hands down! We had a flood in our house and their crews knocked all the work out in a timely matter. Ask for Trae or John and they will take good care of you!

One of their workers broke our dining room ceiling light. I was told by Kenny to buy another one and send a copy of the receipt to him. My husband and I even got a much lesser priced light than the one they broke. We spent $71.00 on a standard ceiling light and sent Kenny the receipt. That was Sept. We were told it would take maybe a couple of weeks because of bookkeeping. It is now November and we can’t reach them. Everyone’s vm is full or not set up.
Not trustworthy

Stay away from this company if you can! The HOA at my condo contracted this company to complete siding repairs on our building.

1)Started weeks later than originally agreed upon, with no updates provided.
2) Was supposed to be completed within a few months max. It's been over 2 months since starting, they have worked less than 5 days total.
3) On the days they do work, they show up hours earlier than agreed upon, leave nails throughout the parking area, and do a poor job of cleaning up.
4) Several residences have voiced concerns to the HOA and Southern Restoration, with zero response from anyone. At this point I've assumed they quit and we have a half torn apart building.

We worked with this so called professional company on a few projects and the outcome simple. They are full of promises that always fall short on delivery and never Mae the mistake of believing that they pay their sub contractors this is why no work gets done . SRC jumps from contractor to contractor and cheating everyone in their path please avoid this company

We purchased windows from this company and paid in full on April 1, 2022. These windows were delivered to our condominium in late May have been sitting the the sair well waiting for this company to install.We have made several calls and sent numerous emails to Trae the owner; which none have been responded too. One were able to make contact with Trae once in November , when we asked when we could expect our windows to be installed he stated " he didn't know ow to call back later!" Since them he's never answered any more of our calls. This has to be the most unprofessionally ran company in Charlotte. I would NEVER recommend this company or their services. It has been 10 months since we paid for new windows and installation and they haven't been installed. We are now stuck with paying another contractor for installation. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!
