I live in a townhome community in which Capital Exteriors replaced and is replacing roofs in our community. A large crew was on site, and Jake the supervisor .was onsite to address any concern related to the project throughout the day. He also followed after the completion of work to see how the roofs were. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a roof and ask for Jake to be on site and your questions will be answered without hesitation.

Kyle and Jake did a fantastic job along with their crew. We had all the siding replaced on our house which only took them 3 days to complete. They worked from sun up to sun down. I am very impressed with the work they did.

Very pleased with the info / roof replacement provided by Capital Exteriors. My home had an original construction shingle, 10 years old. I experienced excessive leaks due to original construction. Not only is my roof stunning I haven’t had one leak, the attic is COOLER, exhaust boots replaced with a more composite material and my overall feedback is all positive. Their ‘crew’ began at 6:30 a.m. and completed at 6:00pm with no mess for me! Kyle and Jake both answered all my questions knowledgeably and was on site and available all day. Many thanks gentlemen! My sliding patio screen is fixed! Long story short, had to buy a stock model screen from one of the large home improvement stores. It didn't quite fit the door. Capital Exteriors made minor modifications on the stock model door and I now have my screen patio door back. I would recommend them.

Capital Exteriors just finished replacing a 2nd roof at my apartment community, and Doug, Kyle and Jake did an amazing job! What I thought would take a week only took two days! Kyle gave me aerial pictures too! I would definitely recommend Capital Exteriors to anyone that needs roof replacement or repair.

100% recommend Capital Remodeling. I bought a house a few months ago and needed my windows replaced. Aaron came to do the window estimate. He was on time and very professional. We had a estimate done by Champion and he price matched it and went below the price. Aaron was able to get us a great deal on all of our windows and we are excited to get our windows installed!

I live in Fairway Townes in Fort Mill and these folks are replacing all of the 179 town home roofs. They have completed over 1/3 of the roofs as of today and the quality and workmanship has been outstanding. The teams are supervised by Jake and he ensures that each job is completed to the satisfaction of the homeowners. The cleanup is consistently exceptional. I recently partnered with Capital Exteriors and Renovations on a big renovation. Heather, the Project Manager was very detailed oriented, accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company because they do beautiful work, arrive on time and are extremely professional.

Poor customer service. It was a bit challenging to even connect with someone to schedule a quote. They finally made the time to come assess the project, but they never sent me a quote for the work.

I have the pleasure to work with Emily. Our HOA using this company for some contract work. This is by far the best customer service that I got from any type of contractors company. Emily text me and keep me up to date about everything. Also she has a care attitude, which is hard to find nowadays. The guys that came out to fix our roof issue, they were professional and friendly. They identified the issue and fixed it fast. After everything is done, Emily followed up to make sure everything is good. I wish there is a person like Emily in every company that I have to deal with.

Our HOA has been working with Capital Exteriors to replace all the roofing on the Townhomes in our community. Casey has been great to work with during the process. He has been very responsive to emails and questions and we have had great communication dealing with scheduling.
