Carron, the in-house designer, basically held my hand every step of the way. When I was clueless on a decision she offered choices and her opinion when asked. She was pleasant and encouraging at all times.
Hollie was the Project Manager and made sure the renovation ran smoothly. She kept me up to date about who to expect to work on certain days, inspection days, unforeseen delays, etc. She was easy to reach by text at any time.
Kevin was in my home practically each day, as he was Head of Construction for my project. He was meticulous, always on time, and always asked for direction when even minor decisions needed to be made. I couldn’t have hoped for a better person for this job. His crew were wonderful, too. I appreciate that they cleaned the workspace daily before they left.
I have no complaints about Veritas. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with everyone involved from the owner to the workers. The only issues which happened involved inspection delays due to the city’s workload and post-Covid shipping delays. I highly recommend you call for an estimate if you have an upcoming renovation.

Veritas stands head and shoulders above the rest in our overcrowded local “renovation” industry and for good reason. While so many other contractors sell themselves upfront as being committed to delivering excellence, they often disappear after being paid a deposit and a homeowner is left with the supervision of subcontractors who couldn’t care less about the quality of work they are doing. The contractor conveniently shows back up when the final bill is to be paid after the subs are long gone. If you are sick of this type of experience with your home renovation projects, do what we did and call Veritas. They are hands down the most transparent, ethical, and skilled company in their field and we are lucky to have them so close in Matthews, NC. If you are thinking about remodeling a kitchen or bath (or really anything) you’ll be doing yourself a favor by calling Veritas for a quote!

I highly recommend Jordan Tabor and Veritas Construction. They did a partial makeover of our kitchen and a total makeover of our Master Bath. The crews were extremely courteous and professional, cleaning up each day. We were totally satisfied with the completed work. The job was completed as expected and as cost projected. Jordan is trustworthy, has great attention to detail and follows up. It was a pleasant experience. We actually referred our neighbor to Jordan when they inquired about our remodel experience and they used Veritas as well.

When we redecorated our master bath, the folks at Veritas worked with my wife and I to ensure we got the results we wanted within the budget we had. Veritas helped us to pick the right materials and fixtures to get the look we wanted without breaking the bank. Throughout the project, we were well informed and never out of the loop. The workmen were all professional, courteous, and highly-skilled and worked diligently to complete their tasks with minimal impact on our daily routines.

I'm not sure which project we will tackle next, but I'm positive that we will be working with Veritas again.
