We used pfr to resolve foundation issues with a rental property and couldn’t be happier with the results. Would recommend to anyone needing foundation repairs.

Called three times, three weeks in a row and left a message with a live person that told me someone would call me back. Never happened. Very unprofessional. I finally found a professional company to come out and do the job.

Unreliable contractor, a waste of time. During due diligence we got a quote from this solo practitioner that partners with remediation companies. He sounded very knowledgeable, and was very nice upon meeting him. We gave him our time line, engineering report and met with him, he gave us a quote and kept in touch. 2 week later when we were ready to move forward told us the partners that do the work were booked up, that he needed to confirm availability a few weeks out? Then he followed up via email, that he couldn't do the job after issues with the partners. Total waste of time!!!

I have a crack in my brick exterior that has worried me for several years. Mike came out today and discovered that there is no steel lintel above the crawl space door. The wooden top piece has bowed causing the brick above it to crack. It should be a relatively simple fix, but best of all, my fears of foundation problems are allayed. Mike was very nice and professional, offered advice and did not try to sell me anything I didn't really need. I highly recommend this company!

After finding a crack in our basement floor soon after purchasing our home, our realtor highly recommended Chris and Michael from Piedmont Foundation Repair. Michael returned my call and after asking a handful of detailed questions about the crack, he assured me that it was only cosmetic, and we could proceed with our renovations. While he could have charged me several hundred dollars to come out to inspect it and tell me the same thing, he didn't charge me anything to do the analysis over the phone. I'm glad we don't need their services at this time, but if I ever do, this is the company I will call right away. Good customer service is hard to find from companies, and excellent customer service while sacrificing an opportunity to make money is incredibly rare. It's good to know companies like this exist.

When listing my house for sale, my realtor noticed some irregular concrete under the concrete floor of my sunroom. At the realtor's suggestion, we contacted Michael Masserang of Piedmont Foundation Repair. Michael inspected the situation and concluded that there were no foundational issues, only cosmetic, and no repairs were needed. These findings were later confirmed my a licensed structural engineer. Michael was very professional and honest and did not try to steer us towards some unnecessary repairs. I would definitely contact Michael at PFR again for foundational assessment and work.

Did not use their services. Had Michael their sales rep come out to give an estimate. He recommended mini piers even though I had given him an engineering report to install helical piers. Their price was comparable to other quotes. Their lead time was 4-6 weeks.I emailed Micheal to inform him that I had selected another contractor, he emailed back that I would regret not using them. Well Michael no regrets. Good luck to you too.

In my opinion there is only one company to call if you have a foundation issue. Chris Murrmann and the crew at Piedmont Foundation Repair took care of an issue I had. Not only were they very competitive price wise, they completed the work in a timely manner. Chris was in constant communication with me the entire time. When they left the job was complete, the job site was cleaned up, all landscaping renewed, and the supporting engineering paperwork was provided.

It would be a tall order to list all of the amazing things that Piedmont Foundation Repair did as it relates to the repairs completed on my foundation. The original engineering inspection suggested a solution that would have used up a lot of available basement space. Chris and Michael took it upon themselves to come up with a better solution without even being asked that retained all of the available space in the basement. They ran this idea past me and the engineer for approval and then began the heavy lifting. Throughout the entire job, Chris and the team were prompt, courteous, and engaged with a sense of humor that never quit. I was kept apprised of the repairs every day, shown what work had occurred, and what was coming next. The attention to detail on the job, the final product, and the amazing cleanup job are among the best I have ever experienced. The icing on the cake is that the cost of this job ended up being significantly less than what other foundation companies quoted. Truly an outstanding company and crew. The foundation repairs completed by Piedmont Foundation Repair will be the last this basement ever needs. I would not hesitate to suggest them to anyone. 110% satisfied customer.

I highly recommend Piedmont Foundation Repair. The entire team was very thorough and explained all the work that was going to be completed. All the crews were friendly, respectful and did a good job cleaning up after work was completed. They were always punctual for scheduled work days. I am very happy with the outcome. Before the drainage system was installed, I would always have water enter my garage after a hard rainfall but now I can barely find a drop of water. The soil nails that were installed give me peace of mind that my foundation is in order for years to come and they back their work up with a 25 year warranty.

We did a significant interior remodel - closed in the garage, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, etc.The designer, Mary Ellen, was amazing to work with and really balanced honoring our style and tastes with her recommendations and visions. John was our main contact initially and Frank was our project manager. He was great at communicating updates, questions, etc. via their JobTread portal, which was an amazing way to get daily updates on how the job was progressing. And, perhaps most importantly, they stayed on budget and on time! :-)
