Damages, damages, damages. After years of having great success with this cleaning company - Iara decided to expand and new team members were hired. That’s when all our troubles started… damages to our stainless steel stove top when they used abrasive sponges, a dent in our stainless steel microwave from a careless hit with a piece of equipment, a broken rack and items strewn all over in the garage when they rehung the mop on the hook, and lastly a six hundred dollar piece of furniture broken because someone stepped on it when they shouldn’t have. It was all really frustrating and on the small things I tried to give the benefit of the doubt… we are all human and we all make mistakes after all. But the large piece of furniture was a major issue and when I attempted to discuss it with the front office the team denied ever even being near the furniture… get the broken piece was a bed… and they had changed the sheets on it! So how were you “never near it” but managed to completely change out all the sheets. Not only that but the bigger lie was the supervisor saying that she saw the damage upon arrival to the house yet our video doorbell shows that she did not arrive until moments before the team was leaving, as they were already loading out their supplies. SO, long story short - DO NOT hire Iara Cleaning service if you are looking for a damage free experience or overall integrity in their leadership and responsibility for your home!

Iara Cleaning is fantastic. They always do such a great job, Ana is such an amazing cleaner. I really like the little details like the bows on kitchen towels and the way Ana decorates the cushions.

They are completely dependable, honest and trustworthy. I have had other cleaners but Iara is easily the best.

With Iara Cleaning Service all you need to do is ask. They are so accommodating to whatever cleaning needs you may have. I recently had to have the ceiling replaced around the fireplace.
