My experience with the company was awesome from beginning to end. I called up and spoke Henry Thursday morning and by that afternoon he was at my residence to look at my carpet. My carpet was very soiled and hadn't had a great professional cleaning in a couple of years. Now Henry agreed to coming out to do the cleaning on that coming Sunday, which was outside of his normal schedule, as I was on a big time constraint. Let me tell you.... The cleaning that he and his assistant put on my carpet was PHENOMENAL!!! I admit initially the price was higher than some of offers I saw like on Groupon, but it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. He cleaned the upstairs in my house, 5 bedrooms, the hallway,a theater room and an office, and Henry got my carpet soooo clean it was unbelievable.
So to sum up, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this company. They are professional, on time, and they actually do a great job. They are now my go to company for carpet cleaning at my house and I'm putting them on a yearly schedule so the next time they don't have to work so hard to actually get my carpet clean... Hahaha
