I have never used this place and was just calling to try to make an appointment for cleaning two area rugs and a couch.
First, the lady that answered the phone of the PLACE OF BUSINESS answered in this way:
"Tracy....."
I was a little taken back...did I call the wrong number? Is this not a place of business? I proceeded to tell her what I needed and she told me how much it would be if I had wool or synthetic rugs...and the price for my "standard" couch. Her voice was so unpleasant as if I was bothering her. I then told her I would just call around, and Thank you...she then said in an uppity tone, "We probably won't be able to fit you in anyway." Alrighty then...never will I call this place back...and you can thank "Tracy", Who could care less if the company gets business or not.

Bill gave a fair price, and was able to get out for our cleaning within 2 days! Was on time, answering any questions and then knocking out the cleaning quickly. Greatly appreciate their service and would recommend to anyone!

I want to say how grateful and pleased I am. I live in an apartment and the unit above us had a leak. So many places do not do apartments and I understand why now, trying to find a water outlet close to me that was working was a challenge. But he did not give up and just throw in the towel. My sofa had a water line up the entire base and its now completely gone. It was only 3 years old but looks even better than I could have imagined. They also took my area rug and will have it cleaned and returned to me. I would say to anyone needing a company to definitely call Steamworks, having seen what he was able to do for me and with the logistics issues .. well people like that are rare. I really am so happy Thank you.

Steamworks cleaned our living room carpet and furniture (sofa, love seat, chair). The difference between the before and after was amazing! I wish I would have taken a picture. There was also a remarkable difference in eliminating the pet odor. So glad I found Steamworks because they are affordable, perform quality work, and most of all, trustworthy.

Bill with SteamWorks cleaned the carpet in our home. It had been a few years since we had our carpets cleaned and we were very happy with the results. He was very professional, on time and did a great job.

My carpets and 2 area rugs were long overdue for cleaning. I had multiple pet stains and odor the carpets are 10 years old. I have had them cleaned by other companies before that warned they could not get traffic grey streaks out or that stains could come back up. Steamworks was amazing. Everything looks clean and smells fresh. Several weeks later and nothing has come back up. I highly recommend.

We had Steamworks Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners out to the house today to clean our berber carpet as well as our upholstered dining room chairs. I have been worried about getting the berber cleaned by anyone due to it being hard to clean without damaging it. Bill was so nice, considerate of putting covers over his shoes, took the time to explain to me what his process was and loved on my dog too! I cannot say enough about how amazing it was to work with him and how new my carpets look. Without hesitation I would recommend Steamworks Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners all day long!!
