Just hired and excited about their plan to turn my lawn from weeds and sparse grass to a beautiful lawn I will be pleased with. Thanks to Roberto and Marcus for job well done in aerating, seeding and fertilizing.

We recently bought a new house. Demarcus repaired the house’s 26-year old irrigation system and got it up and running. He did a great job.

After a few years of working with other lawn care companies, FineTurf is the first supplier I’ve worked with who finally produced REAL results. Finally, my lawn is looking lush and green and most of the bare patches have filled in beautifully. Their treatments combined with a core aeration and a top dressing have helped elevate my lawn to the next level. Very pleased with the results as well as their timely communications and overall expertise.

Fine Turf has done a great job caring for our lawn. Matt, the tech who came today, sent us a text when he was on his way and knocked on the door to let us know he was here, both of which were appreciated

I have lived in my home for 18 years and had a lawn that was probley the best in the neighborhood that is until Fine Turf was involved. In two years they managed to destroy it. See my list of issues below.
1. I have three small dogs and requested they call ahead before coming so most times they texted when they were on my street.
2. My service was every 6 weeks but they would entirely miss me and I would have to call and remind them.
3. A couple of times they would schedule and I would keep the dogs locked up just to have them cancel and reschedule.
4. Lastly they cam out to aureate and seed. tore my yard up with a machine that was way to big for the yard( See Pictures)

Jeremiah checked in with me before performing any services. And then he moved all the dog toys out of the grass as he was spraying really good service.

Tomas did a great job. He was professional and explained the process and how it will benefit my lawn. My lawn looks great, very green, and weed free. I also appreciate the text message letting me know he was on his way.

The Fine Turf reps did a good job aerating, seeding and fertilizing my yard. They listened to my requests and did what I wanted and needed. Also they explained the after care of my lawn after aeration. Very satisfied.

The FineTurf tech actually showed up at the exact same time as our weekly lawn service. He offered to go service another yard first and come back when our crew was finished blowing the leaves. So that was great. Much appreciated!

I am a current FineTurf Lawn Care customer. Less than two years ago FT purchased my existing landscaping company. FT did not adjust the price I was paying for the same services (thank you for being fair and honest), an actual lawn specialist reached out/met w me, and their work product is excellent....I am extremely pleased w their results, customer service, attention to detail, communication, and education. Post Covid, I had given up on the service industry in general....FT not only proved me wrong, they exceeded expectations...Great company from top to bottom...If you are looking for services that FT provides....stop right here and give them a call...It is my pleasure to promote/share w folks my experience w and gratitude....for this company.

Tyrell took the time to walk me through what work was to be done, what I should expect, and when it would be safe to let the dogs back on the grass. Very knowledgeable and very professional.

Where should we start, First I had the most amazing lawn in this neighborhood until brown patch hurt a few areas so I made a decision to contact this company they send out a sales guy that insisted he needs a soil test. No problem weeks go by and no results I called numerous times and after he sold the contract he completely turned into a ghost after that experience I called to cancel all services my instincts told me I should’ve ended it there. I was contacted by Jay who said don’t cancel he will take over they did aeration on October 24th past the end of the season but I got lucky and had grass come up but then a little over a month later with the new grass barely growing due to the soil temperature they decided to spray two applications of POA way to soon that started killing out the new growth now if that wasn’t bad enough shortly after that they applied lime then a few weeks later they applied more lime and I questioned this because my yard has never had a PH problem all the pictures of my yard show that and half the neighborhood that walks this street to get the greenway would attest to what this yard looked like for years but after that second application it did it in for the new fescue it yellowed out and died. So I ask for a service call and they send Jay out what does he do just throws seed on the dirt and states how disappointed he is that conversation was caught on the rear Ring cameras what else does he do he sprays and unknown source of liquid all throughout my backyard on moss that grew due to them killing out the seed this was done without my consent. Fast forward to now I had 4 separate companies come and look at the back yard and all of them on a report all say this was roundup it actually killed out mature grass and the back yard looks like a puzzle piece. I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy they lack knowledge of lawn maintenance Jay will blame it on cold weather which isn’t true it’s sad the house to the right was full of trees they removed all of them and graded and planted seed the first week of November and it’s full and mature with no bare spots front and back but they didn’t have a company come out and apply POA multiple times two applications of lime back to back to kill out the growth. Multiple pictures to show what it looked like after they seeded and multiple pictures to show what their unnecessary chemical applications did to the yard. Stay away from this company at all costs I believe if you read the reviews they have of the damage they caused from other clients on this platform and others it says everything you need to know about them! At this time due to the damage they have done and after consulting legal advice we going for a full refund of what we paid for services as for what they did was steal money to kill out a yard with their lack of knowledge and only wanting to schedule unnecessary services to gain a revenue for the month. As you will see I went from beautiful to this using their services you will also see what the chemicals he used did to the back in a matter off weeks! Now as well all know you can aerate in spring but chances of establishing anything with summer coming are slim to none so this is what they have left us to look at this year as we sit on the deck! LOL what they wrote as a response 😂 the normal response from the just generic! Let’s clarify I called them last Thursday and spoke with them one on one about the concern even sent them the pictures I held off days before I wrote this review they never made contact with me not once! As you see this is the only bad review I have ever had to write! Why would I call you? You see the pictures of your unconfident manager JAY that sprayed roundup on my lawn you had every opportunity to reach out to me no vice vs sit back and enjoy the lawsuit to recover what I spent with you from October to January! This company is the biggest joke of Charlotte and you have so many horrible reviews from others that prove that!

We were scammed by TruGreen Lawn Service for several years. They kept treating and retreating and no results. Shame on us for not canceling sooner. Fineturf came out and we decided to give them a try. We are so happy. They are professional and so far our lawn is in best shape it’s ever been. We do have bald spots but hopefully that will correct itself when over seeding in fall. Highly recommend

Very responsive and easy to schedule pick up. The crew arrived on time and hauled away some HEAVY items with care.

Using VETS for a dumpster rental was a great experience. Good pricing, showed up on time, and very easy to work with. Highly recommended if you need a dumpster rental.

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as I'm still reeling from a truly devastating incident. Previously, I've had incredibly positive experiences with this company. Their customer service and promptness are genuinely amazing, and I've been happy to praise them for the excellent work they've done trashing out units for my company.

However, yesterday was a profoundly painful event. In an incomprehensible error, they trashed out the wrong unit, my personal garage unit. All of my belongings, including irreplaceable items belonging to my deceased son and his keepsake box, were removed and disposed of. This removal also included my father’s things that passed away the year after losing my son.

This mistake is beyond words. All I had left were memories, and now even those physical reminders are gone. It feels like losing my son all over again. How could such a monumental mistake happen? I am heartbroken and devastated.
