Very pleased with this service and happy to support a Veteran's owned business. Once we settled on a price, confirmation was sent via email and a link for payment. The crew checked in by phone when they were about 20 minutes away from arrival. They were polite and professional and worked quickly on the small load. Pictures were taken of the items where they were and again to show the condition of the space after the items were removed. This type of service is a lifesaver for someone like me who simply could not get furniture, an office chair, rugs and a flat panel TV down and out of a third-floor unit. Thanks again! We're in the process of moving and I can say with 100% honesty that the process of renting a dumpster from VETS was the easiest and least painful part of our move so far.

I sent an email to VETS and a few other options and VETS was the first to respond, and more importantly - they texted me! I absolutely hate getting inundated with phone calls and will likely ignore them after a certain point. But VETS sent me a nice text letting me know they'd sent me an email quote and the rest was as easy as confirming, picking a date (They were available that same weekend) and that was it!

They showed up, dropped off the dumpster, showed me how to open/close the doors as I'd prefer and then picked it up on the end date with no issues/hitches whatsoever.

Charged me exactly what they quoted with no random or weird fees added!

I'm ranting a bit, but it was really an easy process and I can not recommend them enough!
