I have been extremely pleased with my experience with The Cleaning Authority. Alejandra S. deserves the credit for solving any of my issues and concerns. This company uses eco-friendly cleaning products (no horrible vinegar or harsh bleach), they clean areas as requested and will re-do areas if there is a problem, they are kind and respectful. Their app is user friendly and convenient. I recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality service.

Gels in and Senia did such a great job on our house on this Thanksgiving day! They took every cushion off our couch and actually found a remote we have been looking for for at least a year! Fast and efficient, they got our place in great shape for the holiday, could not be happier

Not the best experience. Poor communication and not very transparent with pricing. Closer attention to details needed such as all stainless appliances still had finger prints, counter top appliances weren’t wiped down, stove top and turning knobs still had oil stains. The manager stated a light cleaning would be sufficient since my last cleaning was two weeks ago with our regular cleaning lady who’s relocated. She assessed the condition of my home, proceeded with cleaning and did not communicate anything else. When the job was done 3.5 hours later with two cleaners which is typical of a regular cleaning, I was sent a price not previously disclosed.

Another outstanding job from the Cleaning Authority. Gelsi and Alba did an excellent job as usual cleaning our house. Whether it’s a morning or late afternoon cleaning each area of the house reflects the professional job that they do. I really appreciate the consistency of the same crew for each cleaning. They are an excellent team.

I am not satisfied with cleaning authority. My water closet (toilet closet) floor was missed, the floor was not cleaned because I found the same dirty spots prior to them coming to clean, which I had to clean after their boss came to inspect their job. They did not replace the trash bags as I was informed they would do. I will NOT use this cleaning service again.
