Taunya and Maria did such a great job in our house. Very thorough In all the rooms, it was nice and clean house smelled really good when they left. I would like to steam back, please.

We have used the Cleaning Authority with the same brother and sister team twice a month for the last year and a half. The representative calls the night before the team arrives to verify their arrival time. A sheet is given to each client when the team arrives to let them know exactly what will be cleaned, and also what will be cleaned the following week. All cleaning supplies and equipment are used by the Cleaning Authority. We have a lot of compliments on our home on the cleaning job that has been done from friends and family members. The team is always respectful and thoughtful of we have any requests. That, however, is not necessary because they do an excellent job every single time. The whole team has a 5 star from our family and we would not use another company because we are so happy with the Matthews NC Cleaning Authority.

I am very pleased with the services provided by the Cleaning Authority. There is consistency among the team, the cleanings are thorough, the products are natural, and the team is professional and friendly. I can always count on a job well done and returning home to a fresh, clean place.

Gelsi, Keidy, and Alba just finished our second initial clean and we couldn’t be happier! The pictures don’t even do it justice. Their cleaning products are toxin free which I love for my babies! They leave a mild fresh-clean smell. Love that they take the time to do the little details like folding the towels and toilet paper. Just an outstanding job! If you’re thinking of trying this service out we definitely recommend it!

Chris in customer service is very rude! Bought mums 2 weeks ago, no one from the garden center instructed me to remove the fish netting from the plants so they died within a week and a half. Not sure why there was fish netting on the plant in the first place. Went to return them and was unable because they were sold out of that particular plant. The mums I purchased were $14.98. They had mums for $8.99 but Chris said I wasn't able to take a loss and get the cheaper mums because it would mess up inventory. Lowes wouldn't do this. Just saying.

Simply called for pricing of pine needles.
Representative answered, yelled at me, and hung up.
Called back 2 more time to be put on hold for no one to respond.

The first two times he did work was great. This last time he only did half the job. We agreed on a price and said he’d be back and never came back. And yes i did pay him. My husband is a disabled veteran and can’t finish the work. Very disappointed.

Very nice gentleman. Cleaned my gutters and trimmed a tree for me. He cleaned up all his mess and took away limbs. He went above and beyond when cleaning gutters, even fixing a place that had came disconnected. He was very reasonable, and I will definitely use him again.
