We had a great experience transforming our backyard with MAC Landscape. Kyle and his team worked diligently from initial consultation through design and execution. They created an entirely new backyard for our children to play in, involving major renovations and around forty truckloads of dirt. Now I have a flat backyard and an amazing back lawn. I can’t recommend this company enough. We actually are planning to use them again on some other work we need. That is probably the strongest recommendation I can make—I’m excited to get their ideas on the next phase in transforming our landscape.

The MAC landscaping crew did an incredible job designing and implementing a complex drainage system for the entire yard. They communicated when they would begin and always kept to their schedule. Very dependable and completed a high quality system. Highly recommended.

We used MAC Landscape for an outdoor project this past month. Kyle was wonderful to work with. He was extremely patient with us even though it took us a while to figure out exactly what we wanted and what would work for our budget. He was responsive to our communication and gave us detailed information on what things would cost. His prices were reasonable compared to some other companies we have used or talked to in the past, and we were pleased with the final outcome of the project. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

They did a great job installing pavers and doing some landscaping. Crew was mindful of the property and cleaned up well after the construction. Highly recommend.

MAC Landscape was a pleasure to work with for my backyard renovation. I am new to NC and home ownership, so I appreciated their patience with all my questions. They focused a lot on grading my yard properly, which is needed in my neighborhood with the slopes. There were a few issues during the install of my sod, including a cut unmarked fiber line, and they were very quick to remedy the mistake. They even installed temp sprinklers after the fact on timers to help make the watering easier this first couple of months. After moving from AZ, I and my dog truly love having grass and the new backyard!

Just completed a massive renovation to my backyard with MAC Landscaping. The transformation was amazing. Gray and Kyle took our backyard from a totally unused area to a space that is now the showplace to our home. Gray’s creative design abilities are second to none. We love the fact that we have multiple areas to have different experiences in our own backyard. The workmanship of the team was great. Despite being a very messy job with all of the movement of dirt to transform the landscape. Everything was executed smoothly and the cleanup was professional. Working with The Plant Guys on landscape projects for the past eight years, it is easy for me to give them an excellent review.

They are not just a hired crew doing a job. They care about and take pride in their work. They are true professionals.

We had some low spots in our backyard that pooled up with water and took forever to dry out, which made for a muddy mess, so we had The Plant Guys level the backyard for us. The topsoil they used looked like good quality soil; it wasn't clay or full of rocks. After adding the topsoil, they seeded the lawn and overtop of that they put peat moss. The grass came through great, and after experiencing about a week of rain, I can say they really fixed the problem we were having.

On top of that, the crew was easy-going and seemed to make pretty quick work of the job.

We reached out to The Plant Guys for assistance when we decided to take action on the drainage issues in our backyard. We obtained several quotes - some were "day laborers" who would do what we asked them, others were out of our price range. The Plant Guys were in the upper third of the pricing, but we had no regrets once we contracted them. The quality of the work and materials exceeded our expectation and we haven't had any issues in the year since our work. The drainage works like a charm and several of our neighbors have complemented the work. "You pay what you get for" - so if you want good, use The Plant Guys.

Jeff and his team were incredible from start to finish. I was able to get a consultation and estimate within days of calling. Jeff worked through ideas to help keep me within my budget without sacrificing the look. His knowledge about plants and his patience for the design process was terrific. He maintained great communication, planned out the schedule, and his team showed up right on time, which was super appreciated! During the staging of the plants and material, he and his team were very thorough and thoughtful as we collaborated on the positioning of pieces. We bounced ideas back and forth to shape out the design and make sure it made sense for maintenance and the future growth of the plants. I really liked that Jeff trusted his team and would ask for their input at times; I can tell there is camaraderie and respect amongst his crew, which made it a pleasure to be around them. The house looks great. I am so thrilled with how the landscaping turned out. But, the best part was simply working with such a professional and caring group of people. I already plan to use them for future landscaping and maintenance needs!

We've had two different projects completed by The Plant Guys. They re-worked our front landscaping and then we had them back to re-design the backyard. They have done demolition, built new beds and installed plants, and we couldn't be happier with the work! Jeff took the time to talk to us about our likes and dislikes before creating his design. He also offered great advice on plant care and supplemeting the plantings. He even took time on install day to give me an improptu lesson on plant identification! Both crews we've worked with have been on-time, professional and efficient. I need to think up more outdoor projects so we can use them again!
