At last ......a company that returns your calls, arrives on time, fixes, repairs, etc etc etc .....Access Handyman is the answer ! The Owner, Richard, is a professional who is a delight to deal with and Doug was the genius he sent to me to rectify a myriad of small, medium and large issues to be dealt with. I cannot wait to have them back again!!!
How did I discover this company? I live in a senior community and noticed the Access truck visiting many of the buildings around me. Seniors are a tough crowd so seeing this company repeatedly here pretty much said it all!

Richard installed a pedestal sink for us. When our house was originally built, there was not a pedestal sink in that location. He was able to install it when the professional plumbers weren't able. He was on time and on schedule. Very reliable and a very pleasant experience.

Richard and his associate were fantastic and did a great job replacing our attics stairs. I highly recommend Access Handyman.

Richard and his crew were simply excellent from start to finish. Our project demanded immediate attention, and their kind, professional, and diligent work included repairs and painting and finish work which they completed over a holiday weekend! We came home to a gorgeous room with everything done above and beyond our expectations. Cannot say enough good about them!

I have had several projects on my "to do" list that I have not found the time to do. Access Handyman came over, they were polite, communicated and asked questions and did and outstanding job throughout the the process. They cleaned up after the project(s) were complete. They made suggestions on other approaches that we implemented and we discussed a large demolition job that we will use him and his team for in the future. His craftsmanship was excellent and we were very happy with the result and most importantly, I will be a hero for finishing the project(s). Thanks Access Handyman!

Richard did a great job with several items we needed fixed around the house. He patched holes in our garage, realigned interior doors so they would shut properly, and fixed a ceiling fan which was making a lot of noise. He was easy to communicate with and always on time. I will be using him for my future handyman needs!

Hired Richard to change an interior door. Communication was excellent throughout. He arrived on time, and an assistant arrived 15-20 minutes later. The door was hung evenly and well, but finishes were not done well--trimmed sides were not sanded, and paint was not applied neatly to the cut sides. Also, even though the project took less time than Richard estimated (2 hours instead of 3), he charged an extra 10% for 5-10 minutes of cleaning up the paint drips from the messy touch-up and added 7.5% tax. The total cost was ~20% over his quote.

Jackson did a great job removing the old back splash so we can replace counters and reface the cabinets. He did a neat job after cutting the drywall and tiles were broken down.
Access Handyman was flexible in scheduling and they showed up and they got the job done👍

Access Handyman Richard Gibbs came to us as a recommendation from our realtor, who I trust implicitly. Richard got in contact in a timely and professional manner and we set up our first meeting to knock out a few of the more pressing issues at the house. He arrived ready to get to work which is exactly what he did! He’s very personable, respectful and easy to understand. He’s got my “honey do” list under control and we’re looking forward to seeing him the next time.

I highly recommend Access Handyman for any work you need done! Richard was outstanding in replacing my wobbly wooden attic stairs with a sturdy aluminum model. The high ceiling caused challenges but his creativity made it work beautifully. Richard is on-time, friendly, very knowledgeable and someone I know I could trust. Great job Richard!

Richard came over within 30 minutes of my calling him to complete a deadbolt repair. The lock was stuck, the door was off center and he was still able to get the job done quickly and for a fair price. Richard is the only handyman I use.

Great service. Discussed work plans with us to understand our goals and execute them. Arrived as scheduled, did wonderful work, and cleaned up all evidence of construction afterwards.

We had several small jobs such as a leaking faucet, key lock that was loose and a shower door handle that was loose.
Richard attacked each of the tasks very personally.

Richard did a great job on a piece of fascia that had torn off my house. He was able to repair it and seal it up to make it weather proof. And he was reasonably priced. I will look to him the next time I need handyman work done around my house.

Richard was fantastic! He tackled a big list for us: removed several window blinds and patched every hole, hung curtain rods (even adjusted one perfectly when we changed our minds), and took down a door from inside our bathroom. He also removed a heavy TV bracket and filled those holes beautifully. His work was clean and professional throughout. Richard brought all his own materials and his pricing was very fair. We'd definitely hire him again for future projects. Highly recommend!
