Called them to come fix a leak from my master bath sink that was leaking out occasionally down the backside of my antique vanity cabinet and flooding out everything inside (and damaging the wood). Huff Plumbing came out the SAME DAY! The tech was clean & professional appearance , and took his shoes off (which is HUGE to me as not all techs will do that and those booties they wear can get cross contaminated on trips to work truck and back), they cleaned out the trap that was blocked and was causing the water to go into the overflow hole and dump out all over the back of my countertop and resealed the whole sink! Works like new! Will definitely call again! They also fixed a mysterious odor that was coming from my shower trap a few years ago too and did wonderful job with that too. No problems since!

Huff Plumbing was very responsive and right on time. Jason and his son Bo were very friendly and professional and gave us all the options for our repair. He will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

May I remind you that you and I have email correspondences that details your exact words, that you will not subject to a 3rd home inspection. Your email was presented to the Home Inspector, buyers and their agent to answer why we have to call on another plumbing company to take over from you.

I hired Huff Plumbing on Mar 31 to repair the leaks under the crawlspace per the Home Inspector's report. They sent a plumber down to fix the leaks under the crawlspace. The plumber told me the cause is that the builders did not put enough pvc cement when the house was built and he just took apart the pipes and put alot of pvc cement. I then hired them to repair the tankless water heater which was also on the report. The plumber ordered the part which took more than a week to arrive. After the second job was done, the Home Inspector came to check the repairs. He issued anther report and in the report, he wrote:"4/26/2023 Re-Inspect - Repairs made to the sink drain line but toilet drain line still leaking and in the process of repairs has caused 4 other connections to leak in this same area."So I sent the report to Huff Plumbing for them to fix the issues. I was working outside of NC and appointed my neighbors as caretakers and point of contact for my house and I CC them plus the buyer's agent. so the communications and repairs are transparent to all parties. But Huff Plumbing decided to repair only the leaks that they did the last time and wanted to charge me an additional $1322 to fix the other 4 leaks indicated in the second Home Inspection report. The owner of **** also complained that it was because there aren't much glue left in the pvc which is exactly what the plumber told me the first time he came and he said he has put alot of pvc cement so the same excuse cannot be used a second time. When I wrote to all parties involved that the Home Inspector wants to inspect a 3rd time, the owner of Huff Plumbing wrote back to me in black and white that he will not come back a third time. When I tell the agent and Home Inspector about what **** has written, they are extremely furious and deem that Huff Plumbing is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They decided to go with another plumbing company. My neighbors, agent, Home Inspector dislike Huff plumbing now.

Had a toilet leaking from the base and gave Huff Plumbing a call. Workers that came out were super friendly and did a great job fixing the issue. The quote for the fix was reasonably priced as well. Fingers crossed I don't have any other issues but if I do, they will be the ones I call first.

This is the second time I have used Huff Plumbing and I will continue to call them when I need plumbing service. Answered the phone when I called the first time, set appointment and followed up with a text message. Got another text confirming they were on they way and they showed up when they originally said they would. Sad to say, but that right there is a big deal!
The techs that showed up were good people, knew what they were doing, did the work correctly, cleaned up upon completion and the pricing was very reasonable.

I would use them again for sure.

Jason and his guys are second to none! We have been renovating our new home in Charlotte for the last 6 months. They have been out countless times and have never been anything less than efficient, friendly and professional. Their work is fantastic and our home is always left clean and in great working condition. By far the best contractor we have ever used through 3 renovations! We would highly recommend them to anyone. If you are in need, save yourself the extra searching!

We were fortunate to have Huff Plumbing come out and check a recurring problem with our sewer lines.
Michael is a super fellow. He is quite professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He and his helper were very thorough in dealing with our issue.
Huff Plumbing will now be our go to plumber for all future issues here at our home. I must say that I felt very comfortable and trusting of Michael and his services. I can't say that of a variety of plumbers that have come out to our house previously.

It is great to have a plumber who is responsive, does great work and is honest.

This company is AWESOME! In the past 2 months we have needed 2 separate service calls for 2 separate issues.

The first guy to come out was Charles B. We loved his demeanor. He gave us a straightforward breakdown of what he could do, and what it would cost. He gave us options. Told us the projected cost. Then made recommendations from 2 perspectives... First he said what he would do if he were selling the house soon. Then he told us what he would do if he were planning to live here a while. We appreciated the authenticity of that presentation.

The 2nd call was today. The lead on this call was Queshon J, and he had another team member with him whose name I did not learn. Both of them were courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. The issues today were both handled easily and without additional equipment costs... all we paid was the basic service fee.

A low price to pay for peace of mind and a toilet repair. The water bill from the toilet constantly running would have been more than the service fee.

To put it simply... we now know exactly who we will call for our future plumbing needs.

Huff Plumbing did a super job installing 2 new sinks, a vanity and all associated pipes in our existing home.
Their pricing was reasonable and fair (out of 5 quotes). Getting access was tricky but it was accomplished with excellent results. What most impressed us about Huff Plumbing was their customer service. They paid close attention to what we needed and wanted and offered suggestions. There were no attempts to up-sell. They checked with us first if there were any questions about the project. They were courteous and friendly. They were respectful to our home and furnishings. They were punctual. When there was an issue with scheduling they called me and asked if they could change arrival time/date. They didn’t tell me they were changing the time. They asked my permission to make a change in schedule. Now how special do you think that made me feel? More than once they asked, “Any questions?”, “Anything else you need for us to do?” I highly recommend Huff Plumbing.

We can't thank Huff Plumbing enough for sending Q & Tayquan install our tankless water heater. We have "HAWT" water y'all 🤣. They both were very professional and took their time to get the job done. Thank you fellas, we greatly appreciate your services.

This is the second time I have used Huff Plumbing. And they really earn the return business. Two of their team, Tayquan and Q , replaced the water main from the meter box to the house in one days time. No more soggy yard, and they took the time to seed and straw the disturbed soil, and clean up the driveway. They arrived as scheduled and delivered on time , and all at very reasonable pricing.

We are so pleased with Huff Plumbing! We had a leaking hot water heater replaced. They were fast, honest and wonderful customer service from beginning to end.

After a quick search on Nextdoor for a good plumber, I decided to give Huff a try. They came out within an hour of me contacting them for an urgent need. Queshon and his partner fixed the clog and also helped stabilize the toilet better than it was before. The price was very fair and appreciate them resolving the issue so quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with this company! I spoke with Kari on the phone and she was extremely pleasant and knew what she was talking about. I’ll be using this company for the foreseeable future :)

Beware. They may handle basic plumbing, but when it came to a real job, they sent Eric, who clearly had no business doing anything beyond tightening a loose faucet. He couldn’t follow the written instructions, made repeated mistakes, and walked away with the project half done. Now I’m paying an actual plumber to fix the mess they left behind. Calling this unprofessional is giving them far too much credit.

Eric at Huff Plumbing quickly responded to my communication, in a record time a cracked sprinkler valve was replaced making sure that the back-flow preventer function is fully operational and safe. I can't thank Eric enough, and strongly recommend Huff Plumbing!
