Slava and Jayden are amazing! They explained to me the issue I had and provided a couple of options to fix. They did a fantastic job in addition to being quick and clean. They had great attitudes, were happy, and kind.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking so I called MD Plumbing around 5:30pm. They answered the phone (no recording) and John came out the next day. They replaced the faucet and took great care in making sure it was done correctly. My husband and I were very impressed with their service and will definitely use them again!

This was my first time using M.D. Plumbing and I will definitely use Slava and Jayden again. I had a toilet with a broken handle, called company early and Slava & Jayden came promptly and explained what I needed to do for 3 toilets. They managed to get the parts they needed quickly and do a partial rebuild of 3 toilets in a short time. Slava was professional and explained everything plus left everything clean and made double sure all were working properly before leaving.

My plumber was out of town, and my water pressure was extremely low. I called several plumbers, but no one could help me. I was referred to M.D. Plumbing and immediately knew I was in good hands. The person on the phone worked hard to find a plumber who could come out that afternoon, and before long, Ron and Jose were on their way. They arrived and immediately got to work testing everything. As it turned out, it was a problem with the meter and the City was responsible. The customer service, the expertise and the professionalism of everyone I interacted with at the company exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We called them after receiving a very high water bill and they came over within the same day (right around the Thanksgiving holiday), diagnosed the problem, got parts, and fixed our issue all within the same day. We were very pleased that our next water bill came back so low and are so grateful for the quick service and turnaround. Having same day help around the holidays, including parts that were in stock, was greatly appreciated. We will absolutely be using them for future needs! Thank you!!

Just had Zach and Giovanni come out of their way to Gaston county and replace our (horrifically out of code) water heater and honestly their service was impeccable. Neat, professional work, they were so polite and friendly, and the result is fantastic. They also went out of their way to explain to me all the things that were wrong with the previous water heater installation (I suspect DIY by the previous homeowner) so I knew what to look for in the future. Cannot recommend them enough!

My wife and I had trouble with our tank less hot water heater in our newly purchased home.We were new to the area so we called M. D. Plumbing & Mechanical, they promptly scheduled a service call. Lead Tech/Consulant Slava and assistant Nick were sent. Slava immediately diagnosed our problem, made a recommendation to correct issue of poor hot water delivery, provided us with an estimate to repair. This was accepted. New unit took a coupled of days to arrive, they returned on third day. Slava and Nick both worked quickly, efficiently making sure the new unit was installed correctly and operating perfectly (I, also might mention they were very attentive to detail). We are 100 percent satisfied with the install and also Slava and Nick's performance. They were both very courteous and knowledgeable, making sure we were completely satisfied with their service. These guys are excellent representatives of M.D. Plumbing & Mechanical. Highly recommend this company.

Jamie and his team (Chris and Giovanni in particular) took great care of my clients who purchased a home that needed to have the entire property repiped. From their communication, pricing and professionalism, I could not have asked for better service. They completed the work (including replacement of water heater) with the least amount of repairs needing to be done (dry wall repair). Matthew and Jaylen came and knocked out the plumbing and installation of a new bathtub for us on a tight schedule. They were able to use supplies I'd already purchased while upgrading other pieces to professional grade rather than the DIY-tier I had planned on doing myself. In and out in one day with good communication and easy 18 month financing through their office that went through fast.
Asked them for quotes on a few other projects for down the road. Definitely recommended.
