They replaced my water line outside due to it leaking a few weeks ago, this review is overdue. I had another company out before, but decided to get another quote from Huff. Both companies were similarly priced, however Huff mentioned a few things the other company didn’t mention. I’m in a similar field and know a little about plumbing, those details make a big difference. I’ll recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing in the future.

Always great service. Today, just a day after the winter storm, we had an outside spigot that was leaking. Called up Huff and had a very good, well mannered, hard working plumber out to take care of us.
Huff is the only company we call for our plumbing needs. Always responsive, hard worker and good rates.

Daniel from Huff Plumbing arrived within 3½ hours of my call and had my water heater pilot lit within minutes. He was professional and personable, and although another tech assisted him, I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. Reasonable pricing and great service.

Slava & Corey replaced an outdoor spigot. They were very professional and did the work quickly. I was afraid it couldn’t be done without breaking the stucco but they somehow did it. Would definitely call MD Plumbing again if I had another issue.

Eli, Ron, and Jayden were awesome and found the issue wasn’t as bad as originally thought. Would recommend and a reason we gone with M.D the past few times.

Mike was great! He came on time, provided a very fair and reasonable quote, and then completed the job in a few hours. Thank you so much! On January 9th, 2025 Mr Ron Darling with MD Plumbing came to our home to check a leak in a bathroom. He found the problem and quickly repaired it. Everyone involved in replacing our water heater exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Ariel for her communications before the project and to Corey and his coworker for a quick excellent replacement of the water heater. These men did Gods work. Fixed a 5 year plumbing problem In an afternoon. I had multiple other plumbers out here that couldn’t fix it. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with MD Plumbing was excellent! The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. The technician, Slava, was outstanding! He contacted me prior to arrival. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. He completed the work and answered all my questions clearly. Highly recommend!!!!

My first experience in trying to schedule MD Plumbing did not go as I would have liked, however they were further recommended to me by the company I was using to do the drywall repair in my house.

The owner came out to my home, and apologized for the previous experience. He was polite, knowledgeable, and overall made me feel very comfortable about the project. After scheduling the pipe install I found the plumbers that came to my house did a great job. They ran into some issues with routing the piping which probably could have been solved with cutting more and bigger holes in my house, but instead worked with me every step of the way to minimize the demo needs.

We're about 4 months out from the project now and everything is working great. I have no complaints and am overall glad I went with MD Plumbing for my home repipe. I would recommend their service to others.

We experienced major damage and needed quick assistance, late in the afternoon and near the weekend. The first plumber did not accurately diagnose or correct the problem, so flooding would still be an issue once water turned back on. The owner of M & D ensured our problem was quickly and temporarily repaired for the weekend ahead until thorough diagnostics and a full repair could be scheduled for first thing Monday. From a scheduling and financial perspective, their quote, plan, and actual charges were fair and reasonable for what was required. They are not the cheapest, but our first plumber proved the adage, 'you get what you pay for.' I have used M & D's services again since and have found their tech, Jay, to be respectful, helpful, patient, more than competent, and thorough. The folks at M & D are gems and we are grateful for their professionalism and expertise.

Damage fr bathroom leak was traced, with care and patience, and was capped off allowing use if remaining fixtures. Offered a referral for restoration company, though my insurance company was already on it. RJ was pleasant, efficient and treated my home like his own. I'll call these folks again!

Another plumbing company misdiagnosed the problem and RJ came out and found the real source in minutes! He was quick but thorough and was kind to my kids. Saving M.D. Plumbing and Mechanical in my phone right now for the future!

Wow ! We found our favorite plumbing group in Charlotte. M.D. Plumbing (initials from last names … not medical doctor:). Slava was professional, efficient, & gave me a thorough explanation of everything I needed to know. Slava & Corey were a great team. And now I have a beautiful new kitchen sink faucet that I love. 5 stars well-earned.

Mike is the best plumber I have ever met. Very knowledgeable and professional. Really knows his work. And his helped was very good too. I was in the construction business for 40 years. He was very neat and had very good input. I suggest everyone use this company. Best plumbers in town.

It's never a good sign when you get to know your plumber well. However, if you do find yourself in such a situation, hope that your plumber is Jason J. from MD Plumbing.

From the very beginning we knew Jason was our guy for the rather large undertaking of a complete home repipe. The first company we reached out to, the plumber who came out to do the estimate essentially measured distance and counted fixtures to calculate the estimate. Jason, however, got under the house to "look under the hood." He came back to us with recommendations for how best to do the job, and even discovered the upstairs was plumbed with undersized pipes that he would fix with the repipe. I really, really appreciated the thoroughness of the estimate, as it was a sign that a similar attention to detail and workmanship would be applied in the actual repair.

To no surprise, Jason's quote came in significantly less than the other company, primarily because of the work he put into the estimate allowed him to write one that was much more accurate to what would be required for the repair. And by significant, I mean almost three times less, saving us *thousands* of dollars.

As for the actual repair, Jason and his assistant knocked out the whole-house repipe in a day (a long day, but a day nonetheless). They also found several ways to minimize the invasiveness of the repairs, saving us more money on the back-end when it came time to fixing the holes in the ceilings/walls. Moreover, Jason was more than happy to come back out the very next day and take care of a few (expected with such a big project) touch-ups. It never felt like after he had finished up, that I was no longer a concern.

MD Plumbing, and Jason specifically, will be our first and only call for any and all plumbing needs in the future (we actually already had him back out to install a Phyn leak detection system, which is pictured). In addition to the massive cost difference between MD Plumbing and others, I sincerely appreciated Jason's dedication to his customers, quality of workmanship, and overall just being a good human who I was happy to have in our house.

Also, I would be remiss without giving a special shout-out to Jaqi, who helped coordinate scheduling and was ALWAYS quick with communication about the project.

A million thanks to MD Plumbing for being a bright spot in an otherwise soggy situation.
