We had our air ducts and carpet cleaned. We could tell the difference immediately after the air ducts were cleaned, especially now that it is winter and we are inside more. The pet stains on our carpets are completely gone. Toney's is great, highly recommend!

I continue to use Toney's Floor Care, LLC because they are a reliable business who performs their services honestly and are consistently the best quality I have had for my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. They are two great guys that are on time, do what they say, and when you leave you are very happy with their services.

Toney's Floor Care is hands down the best vendor I have hired to perform work at our home in the 10 years we have lived here. We have had every type of vendor imaginable from electrical, plumbing, custom additions, lawn care, flooring, etc. do work at our home and these guys were the absolute best. Compared to the other carpet cleaners we have used in the past who have been franchisees of different larger companies, I can tell you that using Steve Toney is the only way to go. Steve and his team were courteous, professional, took their time and demonstrated a meticulous attention to detail for this project that showed a great deal of pride in the work they do. Our carpets look better than they did 10 years ago when we bought our house and we will be using Steve again for this work in the future. I give him the highest recommendation without hesitation.

Steve and his crew have always been easy-to-schedule, on-time, impeccably polite, respectful of the furniture and other decorations in the house, and reasonably priced. The all white carpets have been returned to a "like new" state and I'm sure this will not be the last time we call upon Steve to triage the house.

Today was the second time I've used Toney's Floor Care to clean the carpets in our house. I cannot state how impressed and happy I am with the results! We have a lot of red clay in the backyard which (combined with two dogs) results in some very orange carpets before Steve works his magic on them.

In this day and age it's a pleasure doing business with a company that still values customer service and quality work over all else.

We had sunroom tile and carpet done. Prompt, professional, and thorough. We scheduled repeat business for semi-annual and annual servicing.

This was my second time using Steve for carpet cleaning services. First time was my parents house and trying revive their old carpet in the house. My parents were very satisfied with the service.

Just recent had him clean 4 rooms of carpet in my own house. I had a sick pet that had left stains on the carpet, that I could not get totally removed with a standard carpet cleaning machine.

Steve arrived as promised on-time, quoted an accurate (and reasonable) price to clean all 4 rooms. I would say he was about to remove 95% of the stains from my carpet and much of what my old carpet cleaner left behind.

Quick, efficient, on time and a nice guy to deal with! Thanks Steve, will be back the next time I need your services.

We used Toney's Floor Care to clean the carpets and a throw rug of our new house. Stephen was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. We had to reschedule at the last minute because of a power outage. Stephen was understanding and squeezed us in the next day. The carpets and the throw rug look great and smelt great! Steve and his associate came to our home the first time to clean the air ducts. The difference in air quality was definitely noticeable and they even showed us all the junk that was removed. Their service was fantastic! So, we called them back to stretch and steam clean the carpets as well as clean the sofa and love seat. Once again the service was wonderful! They could accommodate to our busy schedule, were very prompt and left everything in amazing condition!

Excellent service again from Toney's floor care. This time had my carpets cleaned. They showed up on time, and did an amazing job. They take their time and do very thorough work and left with them spotless and smelling great! I had previously used one of the large companies and the service was not even comparable. This company (and owner) care about the job they are doing and treat your home as if it was their own.
I previously used them for vent cleaning and they did an excellent job with that as well!!

Toney has cleaned our floors before and has made them sparkling white and this time they did it again The first picture is when he was cleaning the floor and I can see the difference it was almost brown before and now it is a white beige thank u for giving me and my family a beautiful carpet for the holidays and hopefully u guys have a good holiday with your families God bless

Not up front !!! Kinda like dealing with a rainbow vacuum salesman..... cant take no for a answer!!!! Extremely overpriced.... be sure to do your homework before making a commitment.... there are alot better prices!!!
