I have been using Improved Outlet since we moved to this area 4 years ago. I can’t say enough about their quality service. They are thorough, efficient and punctual. Your windows will glisten when they get finished. This year I had them clean our gutters and they did an excellent job. Best service I have ever received.

We have used Improved Outlook for gutter cleaning for the past few years and they have always been polite, professional, well-priced, and have always done a wonderful job.

A while back, we had issues with a gutter properly capturing all the runoff from the roof resulting in water getting into the house through a door sill due to the volume of water. They totally rectified the issue with a larger gutter and a splash guard on the gutter - no further water intrusion in any storm since!

This is a fantastic business and should you need this type of service, you will be pleased with the result.

In addition to gutter cleaning, they also do power washing and window cleaning.

This is the second time Improved Outlook has pressure washed for us and this time included windows inside and outside. They did a very good job, are excellent to work with and have great follow through. We're scheduling now for this time next year after pollen season.

We started using Gabe several years ago when he was just starting his business. We were impressed with him, his work and his attention to detail. Unfortunately, over the years we have experienced a decline in service. In the spring of 2004 his crew missed a couple of key windows that required a tall ladder. I also had one of his assistants track a muddy hose and footprints across light colored rugs. When I pointed this out, I remember being told "Sorry but this is an outside porch."
I overlooked this and remained a loyal customer. A couple of weeks ago I scheduled him for my annual spring cleaning before 2 major events being held at my house. Bedroom screens were left dirty and laying on the floor of a bedroom. The freshly painted trim around my front door was stripped in several places leaving an ugly mess. I did receive a call back after sending pictures of the damage. Gabe had an explanation of what may have happened with the paint and a "Sorry, forgot to tell you" but nothing further. I have never posted any type of negative review on anyone and frankly it feels awful, but I am so tired of paying top dollar for service that is lacking attention to detail, especially when it is the owner of the company leaving things unfinished, neglecting to tell me of damage caused to my home. We will no longer be using Improved Outlook for our windows.

Gabe from Improved Outlook has cleaned the windows in my home inside and out three times now. He does an excellent job. He uses a process that leaves windows sparkling clean.

He also installed thin mesh metal guards for my gutters at a reasonable price. Now leaves won’t be stopping up my gutters! Yippsee Doodles!

We contacted Gabe with Improved Outlook to pressure wash our driveway and walkway, which hadn’t been done in over 9 years. Scheduling was easy and we were able to find a time quickly. Gabe brought everything he needed and we didn’t need to do anything. He worked efficiently. Our driveway was left looking pristine and even oil stains were improved. I wish I had taken before and after photos because the change was dramatic. From start to finish we were impressed with the ease of interacting with Improved Outlook. We will use Gabe again in the future.

Shiny windows! Had Improved Outlook clean our residential windows inside and out. They look amazing! They were very efficient and did a superb job. Highly recommend!

Improved Outlook Window Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my house chandeliers. They had the proper equipment to reach the main chandelier in the foyer where the ceilings are around 6 or 7 meters. After they were done cleaning and polishing, the chandeliers at the kitchen island and in the foyer shine was bright and the crystals sparkled like new. I wish the technician would have worn shoe covers as the floors were just cleaned by the housekeeper. We do not wear shoes in the house as we have our cultural beliefs as to why. The technician was offered new shoe covers but he did not put them on. I would like to use this company again in the future, as a suggestion improved outlook window cleaning should start carrying shoe covers or put on new covers if offered by their clients.

They did such an awesome job that I am scheduling them to clean the windows every six months and annual power washing.
