I have continually tried to contact this company but every single phone number they have listed on our paperwork is either out of service or busy! I desperately need to get in touch with them or need help on getting in touch with the corporate office!

From the initial visit to survey my needs to the delivery & installation was very professional and friendly. Already recommend Gutter Logic to family members who need their help.

I paid this company $1500 for gutter installation and was debited almost a week later for an additional $1500. My debit card information was retained and $1500 was stolen from my account from my debit card. Thieves! Don’t use this company please.

They will screw you!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY! They are basically used car salesmen. They will start with a price that is 50% above what they will do it for. All of there sales people are 1099 and make straight commission and will try to get every last dime using high pressure sales tactics. Tim is also a horrible person who deserves prison time. Terrible company with a mediocre product (they claim soooo many benefits when really it’s the same product everyone else offers). Steer clear from these guys.

The person text me and said he would be in the area that day I ask to be contacted about 3-4 hours before. Surprise they just showed up no text no phone call of the estimate time of arrival just knocked on the door.
I was NOT a happy person. Not even looking at the gutters (the original reason I contacted them) he didn't even look at the gutters first they tried to sell me a roof instead that's not needed right now. They person was nice but I hate companies that come out and are pushy.
I get a estimate emailed and first on the list was the roof (Not my original request) at the very bottom after having to scroll through 7 pages to get the quote was the gutter estimate.
I lost all interest in this company when they walked up or should I say showed up without giving me a time frame of their arrival and trying to push services that was not requested

Valerie the person that quotes the installation prices was very kind and professional. The installers arrived as planned and began to tell me negative things about my installation such as the gutters would leak because I had new wood installed because there was a leak from a AC leak on the roof into the gutter drain. Prior to them leaving they asked me if I wanted the old gutters and I told them no. On September 2 2020, I purchased 10 new gutter guards to prevent leaves from entering my gutters. I figured they would reinstall the guards or leave for me to install.
I checked my gutters to see if the guards where there and they weren't.
I called Valerie and she said she would check into it. She returned my call and said they had already been destroyed.The owner or Mgr. Tim called and said," I should have told the men the save them," and literally stated it was my fault.I stopped payment on my check and filing every kind of complaint there is. The dispute is $59.00 DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.!!

Found on Home Advisor and Google. Gutter Logic of Charlotte provided Professional and friendly service... from Kelli in the Ohio office, to Brian their onsite salesman, to insured installers... beginning to end top notch! Provided Veterans discount and saved us a bundle even as metal prices have more than doubled. Provided contract and proof of insurance. Installers were on time, clean cut, polite, skilled and professional, nice vehicle and equipment and they cleaned up. We are very happy

I own a Real Estate and Property Management Company. So I end up working with a lot of home related vendors. Gutter Logic stands above the crowd. I met Conner out at a property and he was wonderful! He was on time which is appreciated. He thoroughly checked the gutters. But here was why I wanted to write this. The issue we were having wasn't with the gutters. He didn't try to sell me a repair that was not needed. He even referred a landscape company that could help me with my problem of water distribution. Conner and Gutter Logic will go on our recommended vendors list. I appreciate how you all do business!

The man I spoke to could sell water to a fish. He had a briefcase with all of his competitors and a miniature roof/gutter demonstration kit. Not gonna lie I thought he was full of it at first so I told him to explain how and why his product is better. Sure enough he pulled out his trusty example and hooked up the water hose and I was impressed. He did the same thing for his competitors and I was sold. He did a fantastic job. Presentation was outstanding and I’m overall highly satisfied with my gutter guards that were installed. Honestly the overall price for the product is reasonable. I’d recommend the organization and the product to a friend.

Having an older house (built in 1989) and not knowing if the previous owners ever replaced or took care of the gutters is what made us want to look into new gutters in the first place. Plus living in a heavily wooded area we were in desperate need of a durable gutter guard. We scheduled several appointments to obtain quotes and Gutter Logic was the first to come out. They were easy to work with to schedule the appointment, and Brian was not only on time, but even a bit early! Before he did his walk around the house we spoke about what exactly we wanted then he was off to measure and get an estimate. When he came in we sat down and he took us through the companies awards and made sure we understood what kind of product we have now versus what the gutters they use are like. He showed us all the competition’s guards, including a couple companies we had scheduled to come out later in the week and explained why theirs was better. My husband knows his metals from working in manufacturing and said himself that the metal they use and protectants are high quality and durable. If my husband is sold right away then you know it’s a good product! Brian explained that they aren’t the cheapest you will find but certainly not the most expensive, so we agreed that we were fine paying for a quality product. The estimate was fair and we were even able to get a discount from using Angie’s List to find them! We also got an additional discount for being flexible on our installation, which by the way, happened the NEXT DAY! They have great financing options and a discount if you want to pay in full. Both Brian and Tim (manager) were super personable and easy to work with. Honestly the product sells itself when up against all the others. Needless to say we signed and called the other companies to let them know we no longer needed their quotes.

As I mentioned before they installed the new gutters and gutter guards the next day! It only took about 3 hours. The guys who handled the installation were very nice and professional. He even came to me when they were on the last bit and mentioned that we had some rot behind the gutter and we could either have them replace it or call someone else to do it and they would come back to finish the install. I went ahead and had them handle the repair, I’d prefer it’s done correctly. Brian called to let me know it would be repaired at no extra charge!

Overall I think it’s a great product with great salesmen and installation teams! The lifetime warranty shows that they are confident in their product and work. I really appreciate all their help!!

I am beyond happy with my decision to go with Gutter Logic. Tim came out to give me an estimate. He was very polite and gave me all the knowledge I needed to make my decision with no pressure. The whole transaction was so stress free and they did a great job. The gutters look awesome.

I got three quotes for new gutters with a wide range of costs and options. I decided to go with the large gutters and downspouts without any leaf covers. Gutter Logic had best price by far, even have military discount. Got a quick install date, showed up on time, very friendly installers did a great job. Love the look, and bigger size allows most leaves to flow right out. Soon as I get garage re-roofed I’ll call for gutters on it. Highly recommend.
