Performance Lawn & Landscape has cared for my lawn for over two years and has done a superior job! They are quick to address any customer concerns and arrive as scheduled for the weekly appointments.

Update! Last fall, 2020 we had performance lawn seed our yard, in addition to our quarterly maintenance. Our lawn looks fantastic! Also, phone calls are returned promptly. They show up for service as scheduled, and my lawn looks great!

We have been a customer for several years and my experience has been great. They focus on any issue we might have and kept our yard green and pretty. Fully recommend their service.

Service provided was really good. Sometimes there were a different crew. I actually would have preferred the same crew but didn't think to ask for them. The owner Frank was very good at responding to any concerns I may have had. I recently had to discontinue the service due to a loss of income otherwise I would have kept their services.

I use them for general lawn maintenance as well as any landscaping upgrades. They have been great to work with! The owner, Frank, is very responsive, helpful, and cares about his customers. Highly recommended.

Great value for price. Removed old deck and replaced with paver patio. Build some knee walls and a very nice fire pit. Quality work. Easy to work with as we made minor adjustments during the process. Polite, great cleanup each day. Will to come back and fix minor issues. Highly recommended.

After spending over $2000 in the last 12 months, our lawn actually looks worse than it did before we went with this company! Earlier I gave them a good review as he promised me a free treatment if I did. The treatment that we got, did not work as we have a yard full of weeds! Earlier this spring, his crew came right after a downpour. Their tractors made deep ruts in our lawn. I paid them for the month of July and they only came once. We finally had it after seeing that our lawn is just full of weeds and we realized that this was not a good company as our lawn looks terrible. You have to be careful when you read good reviews as they often are being given something for the good reviews. I will never fall for that again!

We have been pleased with the service from Performance Lawn. We moved into our new home in early August and they did the landscaping project for us including laying sod, irrigation setup, planting trees/flowers, lighting and a small retaining wall. We are using them for our maintenance as well. I would recommend this company.

Frank was awesome in helping set up our services. The crew has been great, friendly and professional. They do a great job every week.

We have worked with Performance for nearly 6 years now. We live in the Dilworth area. Our neighbors made the recommendation initially and we have been pleased. They do our weekly care and we have also had them do some arbor work (trimming), mulching and aerating/seeding. Frank, the owner is always incredibly responsive and quick to get back to us when we need him.

Performance Lawn & Landscape has been, by far, the best landscaping and lawn care company I have dealt with. They have maintained the lawn, trees, and shrubbery in my yard and kept everything looking great and well kept. They have also done landscaping work for me including establishing solutions/drains to address drainage issues on the property. The owner and his staff and teams have been wonderful to work with, always pleasant and helpful with solutions to problems and timely with their work. They are the best and I highly recommend them.
