Found Frank and his team a little over a year ago after a horrible experience with someone who left me with a lawn of 12 inch weeds. Frank was detailed in explaining what they did wrong and upfront about what it would take to turn things around. Once I signed the contract, the team got right on it. In less than a year my lawn was the envy of my block and has remained so. He contracts with a great irrigation person as well who has had to fix the mishaps with my sprinklers left by the first team I used. I could not possibly handle my home’s lawn care myself so having a reliable team has been a tremendous help. Thanks Performance!

This is long overdue, but I need to sing the praises of Performance Lawn & Landscape. We recently completed a pretty big landscaping job at our house, and the quality and service level of their work and team are impressive. Despite the large scope of the request, they were able to get the work done in only a couple of days, and the communication and attention to detail through the entire process was fantastic. Frank and his team really are best in class for the Charlotte area. We'd highly recommend their services across both general lawn maintenance and landscaping.

I bought a Delta Heat gas grill from Fine Edge Design. In addition, they built a custom-made island on my screened-in porch for the grill. I am very happy with the finished project and recommend Dave and his company highly. I considered other area outdoor grill vendors, but the customer service and commitment to a professional job at Fine Edge won me over.

Extra points to Dave & Mike Sutton and their whole team at Fine Edge Design! They designed and completed a backyard patio project for us, including an outdoor kitchen and wood-burning fireplace. Our backyard now is a showpiece in our neighborhood, we can't wait to share it with all our friends and neighbors! Dave and Mike were able to show us several design options, with mock ups and 3-D schematics, and worked with us to select the right materials at the right costs. We quoted a number of other businesses that did not stack up to Dave's and Mike's close personal attention to our interests, our budget, and the project details. The Fine Edge price was the most economical against the others and we feel we got more for it. Dave and Mike stayed on top of all the construction activities, made regular visits to monitor and participate in the work, and at all other times regularly communicated with us by phone, text, or email. You will quickly get the impression that this is the only way they know how to operate, fully-involved, very professional, and always with your needs in mind. Recently I visited Fine Edge Design to look at their Adirondack chairs which are made of poly wood so great to survive the different weather. I ended up choosing 2 gliders and 2 dining chairs due to the fact that they seat higher and are easier to get out of than the regular Adirondack chairs which seat lower. I also purchased a small matching end table. They were great to work with and delivered to me the following week. Very happy with my purchase.

The FV family has been working for me for over 8 yrs. They do quality work, are reliable, & reasonably priced.

FV landscaping installed an irrigation system to our horse riding arena. The work was done quickly and everything was left in a neat order. The system has been functioning very well.

My small backyard makeover cost thousands of dollars plus tips. I provided the design plans. Initially, I was assured all items would be replaced if I paid for labor to replant should an item die within one tear of planting.
One 6 ft arborvitae died out of 13, less than a year after planting. Several lavender plants also died. I called, texted and begged Abraham and when he failed to respond, his dad to remove the dead arborvitae to avoid a HOA fine. They did not return any one of my calls or reply to my texts. Weeks later, someone arrived at my door after I had to pay another landscaping company to remove the dead arborvitae. He promised to replace it, and removed the dead lavenders.
I've given more than enough time for them to keep their commitment before sharing this review. The dead arborvitae nor the dead lavender plannings have been replaced. I find this to be quite rude and unprofessional.

We were looking to have retaining walls placed around two trees in our front yard but were having problems finding a vendor to do so. Everyone we called seemed to be really busy and supplies were somewhat of an issue. F.V. was highly recommended by a general contractor. They provided a quote not only for the trees but also recommended a retaining wall to help prevent wash away for when it rained. It turned out to be one of the best recommendations ever and it added a nice curb appeal. Not only are we satisfied but our neighbors were impressed with their work too. It's been almost a year since they've completed the job and It's still holding up as if they just installed everything yesterday. I highly recommended their services with intentions on using them again before the season gets underway and busy. Our way of saying thank you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

FV installed our irrigation system and put in 6 trees. I’m not typically someone who takes time to provide reviews, but FV impressed us throughout the entire process. I found FV on google and had no previous experience with them. I have a busy schedule & requested to communicate through email and text. Nestor and his team were ALWAYS quick to respond, provided multiple quotes and fair suggestions throughout the process, and did exactly what they said they would do. They also followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was satisfied. On top of all that the irrigation systems works great and I haven’t had any issues.

I can confidently say that FV is the BEST vendor I have ever dealt with. Pricing was always fair, but I would be willing to pay a premium to be taken care if the way that FV took care of us. I highly recommend them. They will be building our paver patio in the fall!

We have been using F.V. Landscaping for three years now to change plants in our landscaping, mulching, trimming, etc. They always do an excellent job and we plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future.

We just finished our backyard with this company. Great experience and very satisfied with their trees selection and work. Very professional and good work ethics. We are planning in using them also for the front yard.
