We have two sites on a commercial contract with rollout bins and occasionally a pickup gets missed. Hey, it happens! Substitute drivers, weather, road construction...but Waste Connections is very reliable and it's rare.

Anyway, Kiara in customer service helped me out recently with a missed pickup from last week and had a pickup rescheduled within hours! Kiara was very helpful, quickly finding our service addresses and getting dispatch to the correct one. She followed up with a phone call to let me know it had been taken care of!

I typically would not write a review, but for two weeks they missed my trash pick up and had a different excuse each week. They first tried to say the trash can was not at the road and then said they could not get to it when it has been placed in the same spot every week. After I spoke to a supervisor, he promised it would be taken care of the same day. He did not follow through on what he had promised. I will be cancelling as soon as my new service drops off their bins.

Having just relocated here to North Carolina from New York I was in need of a trash pick and was recommended that Waste Connections was a reliable and reputable company that offers these services at reasonable prices. I had originally spoken with Tina and requested that she alert me with an email a few days before debiting my account to make sure I had enough to cover the z3 month charge which she accommodatingly did. This morning as I was driving past the area where the trash bin is located for the weekly Monday morning pick up I noticed that the bin was knocked over and all the trash was strewn across my front yard. So of course I called to speak with Tina however Susan answered and said Tina is off today was there anything that she could do to help me. I explained what the situation was and she said to please give her a little time and she would contact dispatch and see what she could do. So I went about all the stops I had to make and when I returned home all of the trash was cleaned up off the lawn and the bin had been emptied!!! I wholeheartedly recommend Waste Connections, Susan, and Tina!! I am extremely pleased with this company and the service they provide!!!.

Excellent service from Waste Connections Monroe, NC! Recently, my container was damaged, so I contacted the company to request a replacement. Klara, a staff member, quickly assisted me, and the next day, I received a new container. It’s great to deal with such a prompt and attentive team!
