Emerson has been great! His weekly trash collection service is always reliable and on time. The team does a great job, and I really appreciate the dependable service every week.

Highly recommend Waste Connections. There was no wait when calling. Kiara helped me immediately getting my bulk items pickup scheduled. Kiara was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to process my request. Great customer service!

I called today to terminate my service after being a customer for over 15 years. Kiara was very professional and helpful. I appreciate the efficiency she displayed to help me with my request. Driver Jeremy Stewart is the best of the best and deserves driver of the year!! He’s always dependable! This morning we had forgotten to take our can to the street. He stopped as i was chasing him down and offered to return to our house to collect our garbage! I know he’s on a timed schedule and minutes are important… but I think he views his customers as the most important! Today is just one example of how he goes above and beyond to service our account. He has always been so polite and kind…what a great guy. His company is so lucky to have him…and so are we! Thank you, Jeremy!

I actually called Waste Connections because I noticed my neighbors’ recycling bin hadn’t gotten picked up on trash day and I wanted to help. Susan was a rockstar. She was so kind, listened very well, and was super friendly. We played telephone tag for a minute there, but it didn’t bother me in the least because I felt so appreciative that she kept calling me back. When we did finally get connected, we had a good laugh and everything was all squared away. Susan was a sweetheart and I am very grateful for her hospitality and kindness; thanks Susan! Called to see why my bulk pick up was skipped. Kiara with customer service was looked into it got a photo explaining why I sent them a photo back to show them where the bulk was The person came and picked it up within 1 hour. Great experience.

Nikki, the service representative, was an extremely competent professional as she walked me through the garbage pickup schedule. I didn’t know what was happening, so she explained the delay for this week. She also informed me that next week would a one day delay. She was very patient and very, very nice. I couldn’t be happier. Nikki Sturdivant was exceptional when setting up my account to receive service. Because I was located outside of Mecklenberg County, she was able to figure out what services were offered in my area and call me back in the time frame she stated. Great customer service! A+++++

We set up our service for garbage and recycling and it had taken a while to receive our bins due to the holidays. I reached out and spoke with Nikki. She was very helpful, reached out to dispatch, called me back to let me know when to expect delivery, and they were delivered that afternoon.

Through the ice/snow weeks recently the pick up schedule has been quite confusing as we were getting conflicting information. Nikki was the one who cleared things up for us. Maybe the company could review emails sent to customers and those answering the phone when pick up is interrupted. Perhaps those answering the calls over the weekend could be provided with information for the customers rather than having someone call us back the next week. The five stars are for Nikki.

Great morning, I would like to thank Nikki Sturdivant for her outstanding Customer Service in providing information to me regarding the delays in trash collection during the Ice Storm and Snow that occurred during the last two weeks. She was courteous and very helpful.

Over all the past 4 weeks have been unorthodox, where my trash was missed 3 consecutive weeks, and this time my can was taken by the truck. However Kiara and the other customer service representative I’ve dealt with have gone above and beyond helping resolve each issue as it’s occurred.

Waste Connections is great! Their customer service is quick and so friendly. I’ve been working with Tina whenever we have questions/service needs, and she is just lovely! She’s made our experience with Waste Connections wonderful and I wouldn’t consider working with another service because of her dedication to support. Would recommend to anyone considering a trash service provider!

I appreciate Waste Connections, but this review is for Nikki in customer service. She did an outstanding job with my request. She stayed in touch with me as promised throughout the day to let me know what was going on. Although the problem was our fault. She never had attitude, and helped us with the solution! Thank you Nikki for all of your help.

I had an excellent experience working with Kiara M. from Waste Connections. She was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough in explaining all aspects of waste collection services. Kiara M. took the time to clearly walk me through collection dates, available service options, and any additional services that might be needed when moving in or out.

What stood out most was how detailed and helpful she was—she made sure I fully understood everything and answered all my questions without rushing. Her clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

It was also a pleasure speaking with a real person rather than an automated system—especially in the Charlotte area, when you sometimes need to speak with someone immediately. That personal touch made a big difference.
