We’ve used The Grout Medic twice now—first for our shower a few years ago and again today—and both times they did a fantastic job. Tim was great to work with, the process was easy from start to finish, and everything looks excellent. Highly recommend!

I had work done by Grout Medic a second time after having a great experience with them 3 months earlier. Based on that second job, I am updating my review. The second experience was disappointing. It didn’t start off well since the individual I made an appointment with to review the work needing to be done was 45 minutes late. 5-10 minutes late may be ok, 45 minutes not ok. The work done in the shower (regrout floor, clean/color wall grout, and recaulking) should have been a standard job for them. It was not done well, and overall it ended up being a very frustrating day. They needed to come back a second day and fix the floor and caulking. Given this experience, it is unlikely that I would use them again.

The Grout Medic exceeded our expectations. Every person we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. It’s rare to find a company that backs up their work so thoroughly. Highly recommend The Grout Medic.

The Grout Medic was absolutely superb. In particular, the technician who came, Wayne, was so thorough and excellent. Because of him, I will always use this company as it is clear he knows what he’s doing.

This was such a great experience.They were quick to answer any of my questions & the convenience of sending pictures for an estimate was nice. The turnaround time for scheduling was super quick. Jason & E-Man were very knowledgeable, friendly & great to work with. They even took the time to answer some other grout/tile questions I had. They cleaned up everything & I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend. They will be the only ones I call for my grout/tile needs.

EDIT - After waiting more than 3 days to turn on the water to my shower, when I finally did the new grout started to wash away. Grout Medic came back out immediately to take a look and offered to regrout the problem area, and informed me of a potential issue with the mud bed that may need to be resolved, but I reinstated my 5* review due to their level of service and professionalism in their response to get this resolved.

Tim and Jay knocked it out of the park in service and quality. The communication as to arrival time was well done. The job was completed in time stated. The work done is excellent, Tim and Jay are a great team, be sure to ask for them when you need sealing and/or grout work done. Thank you guys!

We just had Grout Medic finish a large project in our master bath last week. Josh came out each day on time! Each day, about 30 minutes prior to his arrival we would receive a text stating his expected arrival time. This is very helpful not only for planning but since I work from home mostly, it was easier to work my schedule around it.

I cannot say enough great things about Josh and Grout Medic. They were very thorough in their estimates. We had some major issues with our shower floor that had to be completely redone with a new mud bed. We also had to replace the knee wall at the tub that is adjacent to the shower as well as curb wall where the shower door sits at the entry point.

Demo was immaculate as Josh cleaned and removed material by hand which minimized dust and mess and as I said, each day he left the area neat and clean!

Upon Demo, it was discovered that the knee wall wood structure had rotted. This was primarily due to the liner not being taken up and over the knee wall. Josh rebuilt it with new 2x6's and slanted it appropriately as it should have been done originally. He also took a new piece of liner and ensured it was pulled over the knee wall prior to prep for re-tiling. This was amazing and made sense as many contractors take the quicker way out and do not do this level of detail. The same was true for the shower floors new mud bed replacement as Josh used a special mud bed form to ensure that every part of the floor was sloping towards the drain the way it should be.

Upon completion of the rebuilding and re-tiling of the mud bed, the knee wall and the curb, Josh cleaned and color sealed the entire tile of the bathroom. It all turned out beautiful and just like an entirely new bathroom! He deep cleaned and put back the shower door as well. All grout joints were redone and specific areas that required Acrylic were completed.

I must say that our entire experience with Grout Medic has been amazing. I highly recommend them and will use them again. As the reviews state, these guys are re-tilers, they are true craftsmen !

Just had out shower grout fixed. It looks so good and Nazareth was as professional as they come. He got the job done, explained the process and answered all our questions. This was well worth the money. If you need something fixe, the grout medic is the way to go!

The Grout Medic cleaned and resealed our shower. The estimate was clear and easy and was scheduled quickly. Nazareth came to do the work and he was on time, extremely polite, kept the work area clean, and did outstanding work. He steam cleaned the floors and shower, added new grout where needed, and color sealed everything. It looks like new. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My wife and I had a grout problem in our master bath shower floor. We had a grout firm fix it three years ago, but it came back. I read great things about The Grout Medic, so I set up a consultation.

Greg from The Grout Medic came to our house to listen and look at the problem. He asked some good questions that helped us figure out the best way to fix it. The best way was to do a Mud-bed Replacement and put in new tile.

We set up a service appointment, and our service technician was Tim Letkemann.

I can’t say enough good things about Tim. He was super punctual, polite, and professional. Tim explained everything to us in detail over the three days of service. My wife and I were impressed with how efficient and thorough Tim was, from tearing down the old shower to cleaning the new tile floor.

Tim, Greg and Wayne were very nice, efficient and did wonderful work. Tim noticed a problem with our grout and fixed it, he also noticed a nail hole in the liner of the shower and patched it. We have such bad problems with water leaking. I am confident Tim fixed all of them!

Jason, Blake, and Christian did a fantastic job refreshing our 1920s bathrooms with new tile work. We are very happy with the results and we would definitely use this company again.

Our technician Miguel did excellent work for us. He was very focused and efficient, and when we discovered a misunderstanding about some details of the project he said, “No problem “ and took care of it. We’re so happy that Grout Medic was recommended to us and will definitely use them again.

This is our second project with Grout Medic and this time a multi-day one - shower floor replacement.

They offered to fix our problem (a leak) without tearing apart half of the shower. Christian did absolutely fantastic job removing the old mud bed without cracking the wall tiles and installing the new floor.

Needless to say that he was on time and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day.

This is how all home maintenance companies should endeavor to treat customers. Greg inspected our 32 year old bathrooms and constructed a clear estimate which allowed us to choose which services we desired. The office emailed instructions for the technician arrival time and guidance for both pre and post times for ensuring the bathrooms were prepared for cleaning and recaulking. They made the appointments for the beginning and end of the week so we could have use of one bathroom at all times. Jason and Jabob arrived on time, were professional, had respect for the property, , were thorough and efficient, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Grout Medic and will not hestitate to use their services as needed in the future.

Tim from Grout Medic came to our home to add safety grab bars to two bathrooms and to repair grout in the master bath shower. He worked quickly and unobtrusively and was very polite and professional during the 6 hours he was working. The shower is shining and gorgeous-has not looked this good for a long time.
