Christian did a phenomenal job with our grout needs. The Grout Medic came out quickly after the initial call, and within days they were at our home fixing our showers. When I saw the shower after he was done my jaw fell to the floor. It looked brand new!

We were really happy with Tim and his work. He was polite, informative, and very nice throughout the entire process. He did an overall excellent job, and everything turned out great. We would definitely recommend him to our neighbors and friends!

This is the 2nd time now that we've used Grout Medic. The service has been excellent and they do a wonderful job. We were really pleased with both the person who quoted our job and Christian, the staff person who was primarily responsible for execution of our shower retiling. He worked really hard and knocked things out fast. The curb of our shower had to be rebuilt, plus the entire base of the shower had to be redone, as well as regrouting everything and cleaning up.

The Grout Guy appointment yesterday went so well. Wayne is hugely professional and really did a terrific job re-grouting our main bathroom. In future, I’d use them for our tile work too. I highly recommend them. And ask for Wayne to be your technician.

Jason was our technician. He arrived on time as promised, did a great job! He cleaned up after himself and wouldn’t have know he was here except for his great workmanship!

Working with The Grout Medic of Raleigh was such a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Wayne and Tim made us feel a part of the process, answering questions and ensuring we knew the aftercare needed. They were knowledgeable; kind, and considerate. The job was fast and they left things better and cleaner than they found them. Even the initial quote, being able to text questions; and knowing exactly when they’d show up the morning of the appointment; took the guesswork out of everything. We are so happy with the work and enjoying getting to know Tim and Wayne during their time helping us out here in Chapel Hill.

The Grout Medic refreshed the grout in our hallway bathroom. It is a bathtub with tile on 3 walls. Wayne was on time, explained the work he would perform and got to work on the tiles. He removed all the old grout and replaced it with fresh grout. He also cleaned and sealed the grout on our tile floors, and finished by re-calking all the wall joints and along the baseboards. We are pleased with their work and the bathroom looks amazing!

Had The Grout Medic, Wayne out for some caulking issues we had in a shower. He was early and extremely tidy and professional. Glad we went through them for our work and will definitely use them again when needed!

Our experience with The Grout Medic was great. The first visit was to assess and give us an estimate. We set up an appointment and the tech Tim arrived on time and went to work quickly. Tim was polite he explained what he would be doing. Tim finished and cleaned the entire area and asked us to look over his work. Everything was perfect. We will certainly using this company again.

On March 3, 2026, Wayne from The Grout Medic of Raleigh did significant caulking removal and replacement in both my bath rooms. Wayne arrived on time, answered all our questions, and his work was great. Highly recommend The Grout Medic!

We had our primary shower grout removed and recaulked, the glass enclosure removed, cleaned and re-installed and cleaning and recaulking around a tub. Overall we were very pleased with the work that Marlon and Christian did. The shower looks refreshed and clean and will likely be even easier to keep clean given the grout used. Christian and Marlon were also on time, friendly and answered a myriad of questions. As hard as it is to contain dust from this sort of process, they did a really good job, and left the space and adjoining bedroom as clean as one could ask. Their timing was on point and they finished the job in one day. Greg was helpful in the estimating process as well. We had three bathrooms estimated he and provided a detailed quote making it easy to choose which items we wanted to have done. We look forward to using Grout Medic for our additional bathrooms in the future!

I recently hired Tim and Wayne to handle some much-needed maintenance on my tile floors, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They took on the tough task of cleaning out dark mold from the grout and fixing various air gaps between the tiles.
Tim did an exceptional job throughout the process. He was meticulous in ensuring the dark spots were completely gone and that the repairs were seamless. Once the work was finished, they made sure the entire floor was cleaned properly, leaving the area looking brand new.

Really impressed with Tim’s work on our travertine bathroom shower. Super nice guy and very skilled and thorough with his work. 15+ year old shower looks like new again and we’ve learned some useful things on how to keep it looking good. A top notch service from start to finish. From the precise quote for two bathrooms to clean, regrout and replace a failing shower floor tile, to the professional communication and workmanship by Jacob and Marlow. They cleaned up everyday after their work and the two bathrooms look fantastic.

The front office communications including Verena was really top notch. They tell you times their technicians will arrive, precisely not 4 hour blocks like other services. We will keep grout medic on file for future work.

We’ve lived in our house 7.5 years..and was time to regrout and clean up our primary bathroom. In addition, they regrouped our outside balcony since it gets full sun. Tim, Jason, Christian and Martin arrived actually a minute early, which rarely happens where we live, and shared the projects. The crews were super, super clean, and the job probably over met my expectations. It looks brand new!!
