From start to finish, Grout Medic was excellent to work with. I had used them in the past for grout cleaning and touch up. This time, it involved removing our old shower floor, the threshold, and dealing with mold and wood rot. From estimates to recommendations on tile, Greg was fantastic. Christian was our technician who worked on rebuilding the shower. Christian is a very conscientious technician, always kept me in the loop to the progress and next steps and was very courteous. Would highly recommend and will be calling Grout Medic for our next tile job.

Incredibly happy with the job done by Tim and Jay. Our old shower desperately needed re-grouting, and we had some in-set tiles due to some plumbing work that needed to be done behind the tile. I had the Grout Medic and one other company give me an estimate. It was very clear that the Grout Medic was the best company for the job and would be incredibly thorough in their work. Jason did a phenomenal job. He brought our 43 year old hexagon bathroom tiles back to looking clean and fresh. He regrouted our shower walls and floor. Also, put in new silicone caulk on our countertops to back splash. Plus, he did other little things we noticed needed doing with a willing spirit and a smile. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. We highly recommend Jason for your tile needs.

Our floor tile was improperly installed by the builder and began to lift. We called Grout Medic and the whole process was fairly straightforward and painless. Tim texted his arrival time beforehand and was polite and professional while he was at the house. He explained what he was doing, what he did and what we needed to be aware of as far as staying off the tile. Looks great.
