Joe the technician, did a great job. It was a hot day and he worked for hours outside on the yard hydrant. And then he installed a 30 gallon water heater in no time. I would recommend Scott Mahone plumbing to anybody.

Calling the phone number listed gave me a different plumbing company than the one mentioned in other reviews. The plumber wanted to charge about $1,000.00 to snake my toilet which is outrageous! He also left the air admittance valve off of my pipe allowing dangerous gasses to come into my home. Luckily I caught it and put it back on. Overpriced and incompetent and using someone else's name.

Josh and Austin arrived early to replace all my copper lines in my house. They worked steady and did an EXCELLENT job. I can’t give them enough thanks for fixing my dishwasher and new plumbing. They both were personable and answered all my questions. Thank You!

Had no running water due to water pressure tank going out. The technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable, explained every step and made sure they diagnosed the problem correctly. If you need a plumber these are the folks to call.

We just moved to the area and bought a home new to us. After about two weeks, we determined that the shower water was overflowing into the toilet. After doing everything we possibly could on our own, we called Gentry and Son for assistance. They came out to assess the problem on the same day called. They worked hard to find the problem and did so. Unfortunately, we had old pipes in the yard from the house to the septic tank and that needed to be replaced. Mark (the owner) came out same day and gave us a very fair quote. They came out next day and fixed the outside line. Those guys worked in the rain and worked very hard to get everything done so that we had working plumbing and draining. That evening, we noticed that the shower was still not draining quickly. We called the next day, they came out and without even charging us more (because it could have been the auger and they were honest about that) they fixed our shower line. We cannot say enough good things about Mark, his staff and Gentry and Sons. Thank you for all your had work and we will be using them again if the need arises!

I've dealt with them for several years. Every time I have an issue, they are timely and extremely professional. I've interacted with four or five of their crews and every time they come out I feel extremely confident they're going to get everything done correctly and never question whether they are being honest or not. Grateful to have these guys around town.

Reliable, professional, and honest. I have used Gentry a few times now. The last time, there was a small communication issue. Not only was it responded to quickly after I emailed, I also got a call from the company owner on a Saturday to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend them, whether for a big job or a small one!

They returned my call and scheduled me the same day. I thought we were going to have to get a new water heater but they were able to repair it. They called to let us know they were on they way. They were really fast and affordable. Highly recommend Matt. They were great. I will definitely be using them in the future.
