Dustin L. and Miguel came out and fixed my toilet leaking. Both had been here previously for other jobs and are great guys and explained everything. Hope I didn’t need anything else for a while but highly recommend them. 😀

I’ve used Gentry & Son multiple times since 2018 and used to highly recommend them to friends, family, and clients as a Real Estate Broker. Initially, they were responsive, professional, and delivered quality work, including emergency pipe repairs and a full repipe with outdoor plumbing upgrades in 2021.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the complete opposite. I contacted them on September 15th to have a macerating toilet and sink installed in my basement, explaining clearly that the work needed to be done before the 23rd due to a family relocation matter. An appointment was set for the 19th, and I sent detailed photos in advance to help them prepare.
Despite follow-up calls to confirm they had received and reviewed the photos, there was no clear communication. The appointment was pushed to the 22nd without much explanation. Then, on the day of the appointment, I was told they could still do the work, but only at an overtime rate. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it was extremely disappointing coming from a company I had trusted for years. As someone who works in real estate, I’ve seen homeowners subjected to last-minute pricing changes under pressure, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here. I cancelled my appointment because of this.
What used to be a 5-star company for me has unfortunately fallen to 1 star due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and questionable last-minute pricing practices. I no longer feel comfortable recommending them.

I called Gentry for assistance with a clogged toilet and Skler came out and had it fixed in no time. He was very nice and polite. Thank you.

I am an evening store manager for food in King NC. I had put in a work order for my deli drains to be cleaned. Dustin arrived within an hour of me putti g the work order into our system. They fixed the problem right away!

Mark is the absolute best in the business he does all my work and my family’s work I highly recommend him and he is very trustworthy company. If you need any plumbing done I recommend giving them a call.

We had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm. Received a call at 3:55 pm to tell us we need reschedule or pay $250.00 an hour overtime that would be added to our already high bill. I do not understand why if you are already scheduled it would be the customers responsibility to pay the overtime. Understand the technician do not know what they are getting into with each job. But it should not be the customers problem or responsibility to pay overtime when already scheduled over a week prior.

Dustin came this morning to do the service I requested. He's not only professional and does good work, but is kind and cares about his customers! Always a pleasure!

My visits with Josh and Josh were great! They were professional and reliable. I will definitely use them again!

Skylar and Remy did a really good job! They even dug a couple buckets of dirt to fill in the hole around the pump house. Thanks guys!

Skyler and Ryan came out today to complete some plumbing and maintenance work at my home. They were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job making the necessary repairs and replacements. I’m very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality service.

Ryan and Skyler from Gentry & Son Plumbing did a great job. Replacing 60-year-old fixtures and pipes is a challenge! They were friendly and courteous. They looked at the problem, told us what needed to be done, and fixed the problem. Thank you!

Dustin is just the best. I always ask for him, and I am willing to wait on him. Professional, honest, friendly, and always explains complicated things and makes them easy for me to understand. Great quality of work. Can’t say enough good things about him!

Gentry and Son Plumbing recently put a new well pump in for us. They started work at 9 a.m. and finished at 12 noon even after running into an unexpected problem getting the old pump out. They explained everything to us as they proceeded with the work. Thanks to Dustin & Josh, super nice and very knowledgeable!
The price was very reasonable.
We will definitely recommend Gentry & Son Plumbing to our friends and family!

Josh and Josh were great. They had to work out in the cold snow, pulling my pump and installing a new pump and pipe. They made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left. I will recommend to others

Dustin was great! Efficient, fast, and did a great job. Only ever had one issue with Gentry and Sons Plumbing not related to this visit, which I am confident they will resolve promptly.

Our house is a century old. We had a new sink, faucet and vanity installed and a tub drain replaced. Skylar and Ryan did a great job, moved the new fixtures upstairs and cleaned up after the job was complete. We have always been happy with the service provided by Gentry and Son Plumbing.

Our water system developed two leaks. One in the wall and another under the house. Dustin repaired both in a timely, professional manner.
