Matt and the other gentleman(forgot to ask his name) were absolutely wonderful. My husband called them about a water leak in our yard and in our well box. They were here within an hour and quickly fixed both leaks. They were very friendly and professional and we plan to call them for any future plumbing needs.

Josh & Josh came out to our job site. They did an excellent job of assessing the problem and fixed it the right way. I highly recommend considering Gentry and Sons for your plumbing needs.

Dustin and Brandon are Great guys who came out and worked on our toilet. Very fast service at a great price. Also they were very kind, polite, and professional. If anything goes wrong again we will definitely reach out to them.

Update: 6/13/24- Dustin and Brandon were out today to replace two exterior hose bibs and repair kitchen faucet. They were prompt, efficient, and did a professional job. Cleaned up afterwards and you couldn’t tell they were here. Also recommended them to my neighbor recently who had them connect to public water service and they were very pleased.

Hired to repair 2 small leaks—1 at shutoff valve 1 at well head. We had “first call” because we work and hoped we wouldn’t have to miss a full day. They showed up at 12:45 pm. A couple hours later our well pump and all the line was on the ground because they didn’t have the right tools. Asked them about sanitizing the well and they said it wasn’t necessary. Come to find out the technicians have no experience with wells. We had to take over and give directions from there. Got everything back together and crossed our fingers. Noted that they forgot to put the conduit back on the electrical wire so they just cut it in half. The next morning we tried to flush the lines and discovered we had no water at all. Also discovered the lid for electric box was hanging half off. After taking a 2nd day off of work, the owner came out and said our filters were clogged with sediment from them pulling the pump, and he would fix the electrical stuff the next day. The owner came out while we were at work to repair the noted issues. The next evening 8 pm we had no water again. Discovered an electrical wire not connected. Called them no answer despite being 24/7 service. Fixed the wiring ourselves. They should not be doing work on wells. I won’t trust them with anything in my house again.

Another company tried to charge $5,000 by "fixing" things that weren’t broken. Gentry and Sons Plumbing did the actual job in under 2 hours for $250. The difference was night and day—honest, fast, and professional. Highly recommended.

Crew came out to troubleshoot and repair my no water issue, they were very professional, and promptly fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced. Overall I’m very pleased and will hire them again in the future.

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate this business, and all of the employees I've had the pleasure of dealing with. My grandparents are in their 90's and both have Alzheimer's and dementia, along with many physical issues as well. They've had some pretty extreme plumbing issues, and months ago when we first needed a plumber, nobody could get to them for weeks to even over a month. Their prices were also much higher than that of Gentry & Sons. When I was lucky enough to come across them and give them a call, explaining the situation in as much detail as I possibly could, they gave me all the details they could about what I could expect, and made sure to give me a call before they headed over to their house, so that I could have time to get there before them. The second time we needed them, this past week, was even more of an emergency. Skylar and Clay came out and not only did all they could, as efficiently as they possibly could, but they showed so much respect and kindness with my grandparents, and didn't mind my standing around along questions and trying to learn about the issues causing all the problems they were having. They were beyond helpful, and though we did end up needing to have their septic tank pumped, these guys even recommended exactly who we should use and made sure I knew what needed to be done. This second time we needed their help, they were actually able to work us in and got to my grandparents' before we'd even expected them, with another call in advance to let me know, and to make sure that it was alright for my grandparents and myself. I can't see myself using any other plumbing service in the future; I feel no need to look any further, because everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with have been wonderful and kind, along with knowledgeable and extremely efficient and effective in their work. I really appreciate you guys; thank you for all you've done!!!
