Prices are great and customer service!!! They looked out when I was low on funds and that meant a lot, especially at a time like this. Service was quick and reliable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had to call them back something i forgot to let them check .they was able to come straight out .took care of what was wrong explained it put the new pieces on showed me the difference.They was very nice didn't mind helping me.i will call them again because they are the best.before me my mother an father called on them everytime .try them they know there stuff.

Worst experience ever. These people tried to charge me for 105 dollars an hour. Charged me 3 hours for job they spent 10 min on. Claim transportation time””. Crazy. Scammers

Henderson was our canvas, and we, the team at HPB LawnCare, were its artists. As we tended to lawns, we stumbled upon a puzzling sight at the Mitchell residence – dampness despite the sun's brilliance.

Approaching Mrs. Mitchell, I inquired about the issue. She sighed, pointing to the soggy ground. "We hired Loyd Plumbing for a basement leak fix, but the trouble's back."

Our curiosity led us to the basement, where hints of mold and stains told tales of water's persistence.

"What did Loyd Plumbing do?" I asked.

Mrs. Mitchell showed us the spot. "They said they fixed a burst pipe here, but it's not fixed at all."

Peeling back a section of wall covering, we discovered a maze of haphazardly connected pipes. Our plumbing pro, Alex, noted poor seals and overburdened pipes.

"Loyd's left much to be desired," Alex said. "This poor work leads to recurring issues."

After completing our lawn tasks, we promised to tackle the plumbing problem too.

I would like to say that Mr.Doug and Mr.Richard did a superb job at my residence today and l would definitely recommend these two awesome gentlemen to do any plumbing needs if u ever need plumbing done right these two are the one for the job they no exactly what they are doing and l would also like to thank the other two workers that came out prior to see about the work order to my home last week Thank you all at Lloyd's Plumbing for getting my 💦💦 flowing l am forever grateful for there services render at my home in Henderson NC

Allen is awesome, he is always on time and can quickly evaluate what is needed. The prices are fair, the work is awesome and they stand by their work! We recently took on a nursing home and asked Loyd Plumbing Co,, to come out, within 15 minutes Allen quickly assessed what was needed and right to work!

I scheduled Lloyd Plumbing for an estimate on a water heater. They told me the cost of an estimate ‘depends’, which should have been a red flag. The plumber came to the house when my mom was here (I was at work) and told her what needed to be done, then proceeded to go out to his truck and fix the heating element with no discussion about cost or whether I wanted this to be done. My mom called me because she wasn’t sure what to do, but by then it was too late. After doing about $280 worth of work without my knowledge, the owner of the company did not call me back after I had asked the receptionist twice for them to call me. Not sure if it was because I am a woman? My ex-husband then called the company after I received the invoice two months later and he managed to get through to speak to the owner. One star for poor communication, did not do what was scheduled (JUST and estimate) and then disregarded to talk with the customer when there was an issue.

Mr. Lloyd’s company was of great help to our family! We had a busted water main pipe and they came and fixed it very quick! They were very professional and knowledgeable and we couldn’t beat the price! Thank you so much!

Very professional and friendly, down to earth. We suspected we needed a new water pump. Two of Lloyd's servicemen came out and discovered a issue with wires and had my water flowing within 20 minutes. The price was fair and I would recommend to anyone needing services.

The review box does not allow nearly enough characters for me to begin to tell of all the problems that went along with the shoddy, unprofessional, overly expensive work that Loyd Plumbing did at my house, the installation of a calcite tank, a triple water filter and a pre-filter, that resulted with the head of the triple filter improperly connected resulting in it not only leaking but leaking because it was damaged by the installer resulting in the filter head needing to be replaced. That was after I had told him what the filter manufacturer told me about what is needed to properly install the filter head. But being the true professional that he is evidently he believed he knew far more than the manufacturer about how the filter head had to be properly connected. When I spoke to the owner he was clearly totally uninterested and even seemed annoyed that I expected for his business to make things right and not charge me for it. He said the leak may stop. I am 68 years old and disabled. He owns a successful plumbing business. The bill was, roughly $130.00 less than I bring in each month. He owns a plumbing business and he's certain to earn vastly more than I do each month, but he said he could not afford to replace the filter head. I thought businesses were bonded and insured in case their employees broke or damaged something of the customer they were doing work for. I also thought any professional and reputable business would do whatever was needed in a situation like this to make things right, make a customer happy and keep a customer that had only used Loyd plumbing in the past. Evidently in both cases I was wrong. What I am not wrong about is saying that I will never use Loyd Plumbing ever again.

If you are going to use Loyd Plumbing do not take any risks. Use some sort of contraception or you are likely to end up 'impregnated' like I was.

Man was rude when I asked questions. Used bad language while working on job. Was called to my house by guy working on it. They charged me for more time than working on my house.
Called and was told that Mr
Lloyd would call me about it. To this day never received a call. Poor customer service.
I used Lloyd plumbing in Henderson before but never Oxford.

I didn’t know when you’re having plumbing issues at the same time your neighbor they charge you for your neighbors work and yours together! First service call was on a weekday and had to call the next morning to let them know that the same problem was happening and they come out on a Saturday and double charged for emergency services that were supposed to be done on a WEEKDAY very unprofessional lied about the cost of septic pump out being at cost using currins septic that charge around 200-250 and the bill reflected the service charge of 425!! Even though they are enclosed proximity, use somebody out of Raleigh or Durham if you don’t want to get screwed!!

I had trouble finding someone to install a walkin tub. Loyd Plumbing got it done quickly.

This service is rip off. They charged me $565 for changing two pex pipes under the kitchen sink and the faucet , 1pex pipe and faucet in the shower wall. Everything had been removed to prevent any obstructions to the work areas which should have taken approximately 20 to 30 minutes max to complete, plus 1 hour round trip for a total of 1.5 hours. They charged me for 3.5 hours of service, plus $120 for parts.
One guy was trying to solicit work for his side hustle, and whispering to the other guy to slow down to see if I would allow him to complete the work as a side hustle. The hustler stood around talking and never touched a tool until the guy working underneath the kitchen sink had completely finished his work. They claim it took them an hour a 10 minutes for a 20 to 30 minute trip from their office to my home at $120. Mr. Lloyd was insensitive to my complaint and didn't offer any resolution. I will never use this service again.

Prompt customer response to my toilet issue.The representative that answered the phone realized the urgency of the situation gave a satisfactory time the service person would be at the house The service guy called first to ask about the problem -was very friendly professional resolved the situation in a very professional way I like the concise way this problem was resolved. The price in line for today. Would absolutely use this company again if needed. This business is established providing plumbing needs big or small for years to the community and surrounding areas big or small jobs.

Had issues with my Water. I'm on well water. Paid fee to diagnose issue which they over charged me. Charged me for two hours but was not there for two hours $120.00 an hour. Did not fix my issue at all. I feel like if your a professional it should not have taken them "Two Hours" to see what the issue was. They were suppose to call me back for an estimate to resolve issue that same day and never did. This was March 5th 2026. I've called them back twice since then, that following Friday and today and still have yet to provide me with an estimate and or a call back. UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't recommend them at ALL. They don't deserve that one star from me but I couldn't even post my review without giving them at lease one star!
