Don't get fooled by Watkins Plumbling. They are unprofessional and will over charge you from what they quote. They will bill additional/extra amount for something they never worked on or even touched.

I used them to re-pipe an outbuilding that I have. They're quote was half the price of one of the big box companies. The big box company also told me I needed a lot more done than was actually necessary. Ray Watkin's guys did a great job at my house.

The work is good but their communication is very poor. They neither communicated when they were coming out now when they were done. Half the job we asked them to do they decided not to do and never communicated that.what work they did do they did well, but we had to hire another plumber to finish the rest of the job.

I had a BAD experience with Watkins Plumbing.
We contacted Watkins Plumbing to install a new 'tankless water heater'.
6 months passed before the new system worked properly.
I had to remind them to insulate water lines, to extend the pressure relief line to a safe distance, to carefully set aside our old water heater because we planned to use it elsewhere, and to replace the staircase that THEY dismantled during the job. My Father uses this stairway daily and come to find out, they haphazardly put the stairs back. Rather than communicating to me that they didn't want to reinstall those stairs, they put my Dad in harms way!

Ray and his employees plumbed our remodeling project and did a very good job. What i was most impressed with was Ray's willingness to help me with a problem completely unrelated to the plumbing when i was in a pinch. His help repairing my front end loader made a horrible day become a good day.

Exceptional service. Left message, returned within 10 minutes. Arrived at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem, left to get material, quickly returned and fixed the problem (frozen and blown out PVC water supply line in my garage). Will definitely be my first call for future plumbing needs.

I’m a GC and I’ve used these guys on many projects. They do excellent work. They have always completed every job as quoted and on time. A contractor is only as good as the tradesmen they surround themselves with because that is what will determine their reputation. I will continue to keep these plumbers doing my work.

Watkins replaced a water heater in my parent's house. Ray came promptly to assess the issue and sent his crew the next day to carry out the installation. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Definitely a company we would call again!
