Ran out of hot water for the past few days and 1st thing this morning I called and within an hr they showed up. Service was fast and the gentleman answered any questions I had. Within 90 mins of them leaving we had hot water again! Back to smelling good with some warm water, even though with it being so hot recently the cold showers did cool everyone down! Highly recommend them! :)

They really helped me out my concrete guys cut into the waterline accidentally and it was a main for T-Mobile so they came out. Took care of. It can ask for any better of a guy. He’s definitely got my business as long as I’m in the area and I’m gonna tell my office to make sure they put them on a bidding list.

I turned on the faucet on Sunday afternoon and no water. Now what? We called another 24-hour plumber and didn't hear back, so then we tried Norwood Plumbing. Matt called back within minutes, explaining it would be a few hours, but he promised to get out to us. He later texted when he was en route and, soon after arrival, confirmed what we suspected: our 20-year-old well pump, original to the house, was out of commission. He gave us a reasonable quote to replace it and returned promptly the next morning to install it. So far, so good! I've added Matt to my contacts for our future plumbing needs.

This company is awesome. The maintenance Matt, contacted and responded back which I appreciate it especially on New Year’s Day! He came out very quickly for I was crying because not having water during the Holidays knowing not all services are open. But thankfully, he came out quickly to repair/fix what was causing me to have NO WATER AT ALL. If I knew this company was this AWESOME, I would of contact them sooner. I am thankful this company is available to have an maintenance for EMERGENCIES especially during the Holidays. I truly recommend this company 100% great service for there are not many companies to come out for emergencies. Thank you Norwood Plumbing Inc and especially thank you to Matt the maintenance.

Called Matt on a Friday to see if he could do a diagnostic for me on a plumbing issue. I told him that I understood it was last minute. He said he was about two hours away, but would try to reschedule some things and would call me right back. An hour later, no call. I followed up and was sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail and shot a text, no response at all. i’d give a zero star on the customer service. I totally understand if you don’t have time in the schedule, but to tell somebody you’ll get back to them and then ignore them afterwards Is not the way I handle business.

Matt answered the phone right away when me and my mother were frantic due to a bad toilet leak. He came within the hour and worked his magic. He and his colleague were both professional and courteous and we could not have asked for a better service.

I can't begin to express my satisfaction with Norwood Plumbing's response to my recent sewage backup. His team responded on the same day and mitigated my problem the same day. Mr. Norwood understood "MY EMERGENCY" and provided calming reassurance that the problem would be resolved. His team explained everything that was happening and reassured me the situation would be resolved. Their use of high-tech equipment identified exactly where the blockage was, and their experience then guided the remainder of the work. I can't say enough about this company, but I highly recommend calling Norwood Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

My Goddness When I say I’m so Please and Thankful I could give 10 stars. Mr Matt answered the phone this morning when no body else did and came within the hr. I had no water due to my dinosaur well pump cracking, Mr Matt and his Crew came out and got the job done Sooooooo fast I was amazed. Everyone was able to give me information on what happened and showed me the issue. Ms Grace Rocked that pump pull out. You go girl 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🫶🏾🫶🏾. Matt Norwood and his team are experts! He was recommended by another expert as the “best plumber they know”, and after hiring him, he did not disappoint. We had 4 areas of concern. Matt helped me understand the issues and options, provided price estimate where requested, advised, fixed and called following day to check in. Good plumbers are hard to find and even harder to get. We were thankful to have received and acquire his services.

The Norwood team is top notch. And Matt is a seriously skilled master plumber who really knows his stuff. I’ve used Norwood Plumbing for multiple jobs for 2.5 years, and they’ve been fantastic—especially when it comes to standing behind their work on warranty issues.

Water Pressure Gone! They stopped leaks coming from 3 bathroom sinks and now the water barely comes out. They told me over the phone it's nothing they did, so I hung up. Never again and anyone looking for a plumber, I'll definitely tell them where Not to go.
