Not very clean ,but it was a late lunch. Staff not very attentive and there was only three tables seated

Pump died.... they responded within hours .. pulled the well pump.. located bad wiring.. replaced 360 feet of wiring and returned pump to service.. all in the same day

Excellent job was done within hour I called. explored problem got it done. That's what I was looking for. . Staff were professional and got it right.

This is not a reliable company. I made an appointment on Friday for the following Tuesday and no one ever showed up. I called the office several times and left messages with no response.

They came out very quickly and found the leaking pipe in the wall. Very impressive how quickly they took care of it. Highly recommend them !

Matt answered right away on a Saturday. Extremely friendly and helpful. Will call him again for our next plumbing issue.

Talked to someone on the phone but never got a call back. Left several messages about work we needed to get done, but never got a call back. Had this same experience two years ago about some other work we needed to get done. Won't try a third time.

Staff that answers calls are no help at all. Said she couldn't answer my question and then when I asked to go ahead and make an appointment she just says ok and hangs up on me. Unprofessional. Just call Lloyd plumbing.

Replaced my hot water heater quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I have previously left these kind people a bad review. I'd like to issue a sincere apology to the Norwood boys. Frustration should be thought out before publicly put out for the world to see. In that moment I did not do that, and that's not how I was raised. And for that I now publicly apologize to this company. Happy New Year. Hope all has a blessed one.

I called these guys and got an answer on a Sunday. They came out as they said but the problem to my well was to extensive. I'm still giving 5 stars because they did come on a weekend day to try to help me. Thanks

Excellent! Professional! Courteous! I called with a plumbing issue and they were able to come right out. Even though my issue required further assistance, they even recommended someone for that.

DO NOT hire them. They don’t fix the problem correctly and then charge 3 times what any other ethical plumber would charge. Then you’re told they will correct their billing error but don’t and will not return any calls to discuss. Horrible service and horrible customer service.

These guys are great. Always willing to work with you on scheduling a service, and they show up on time. Very professional and friendly. Great work. Highly recommend, you won't be sorry!

Our well sprung a leak, super easy fix (my dads a handyman) but...no one carried the part locally! Norwood was closed but, they MET US to give us the part (mind you we have never even used this company, and they charged next to nothing for the part..) talk about building a good customer relationship! Brian (a tech) lived near my house and even came to see us through the install, and found out why we had the issue to begin with (bad switch and holding tank)
These guys are on it!
I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. (Best Oxford plumber, and they answered the phone after hours to boot)

Cassie is AMAZING! I was in a bind to get an inspection of my septic and she was able to work her magic to fit me in within the time I needed. Once the inspection was complete, she called me right away to assure me that everything was ok! I cant express her kindness, professionalism and quick response to my needs for services! We will use them in the future for sure!
