Mr. James is fantastic and a great conversationalist. His son works hard and you can tell he understands the family business. Highly recommended from Able Plumbing and I was not dissatisfied. They completed the work and left a great impression on my entire family. If you need plumbing work, give them a call. Also they are reasonable, they don't charge college tuition money.

Set up an appointment and never heard back. When we contacted to see what was going on the receptionist was rude and informed us that they were on a "corporate" job and were working late. They never gave a courtesy call, we had to call them. Receptionist then said they would have someone call later that day to reschedule and nobody ever called. I certainly hope they can survive off of their "corporate" clients alone since they have absolutely NO RESPECT for a residential job.

The guy was called out to my house several times to do a test for a hook up of a mobile home. he did not perform the correct service because he had to be called out several times. then he was told to contact Granville county Inspectors office to do the correct test. he told me if he had to bring water out their it would cost me $500.00. my neighbor give the water. the man showed up with 3 kids who stood around. one of them he sent under the house to close a pipe that leaked at the opening end from a sewage test. The man was dishonest to start with because earlier that day I poured 5 gallons of water into the same pipe that never leaked for the several years it was connected to that sewage pipe. Then he said he put 150 gallons in that pipe that is why it leaked. That pipe should have leaked with 5 gallons of water also. Then he raised his voiced totry and tell me why it leaked sorry. You are a lying dishonest man. He then went around the back of the house with the guys stating they had to check for other leaks. There were no other leaks so. I followed them back around the house he then went to the front of the house. The house was inspected and passed. James charged me $535.00. For inspecting a well and a sewage test with 2 leaks, 1 that was never found. Then when I wanted a detailed list of what he did and that I will come pick it up he told me I would have to get it from the Raleigh office I went to Raleigh no Office was found .I called and the lady stated it was a satellite office and no one was there due to vacations. She then stated they can send the detail bill to my house. when I received the incorrect bill for that leak I called them and James argued with me that there was a second leak and that I followed him to fix the trap at kitchen sink area. THIS MAN IS A LIAR I NEVER FOLLOWED HIM TO THE KITCHEN AREA TOFIX ALEAKTHATWAS NOT EVEN THERE. HE PERFORMED UNECESSARY WORKTHAT WAS NOT CALLED FOR BY THE JOB. HE OVER CHARGED THE CUSTMERS AND SAID HE WAS ONE OF THE MANGERS. To deceive and cheat your customers is a bad way of doing business if you even stay in business in the next year.

They fixed a pump in my yard. They got it to work again. They told me that if it failed to work, then they would come back and fix if.With in a week "Their fix " failed As they instructed me, I called their office and told them that what they did for my, charged me for, and I paid they for their work, did not work for more that a week. I was told by the young lady on the other end of the phone, "That it was my problem. That they did their job correctly. Be careful with these folks it would seem to us, in our opinion. We purchased a "professional service, it failed to work for more than a week, and they basically told that it was not their problem. I will never call them again or recommend they based with the one experience that I had with these folks. I wish them luck if this is the way that they conduct their business. Having owned my own business in the past and had to deal with customers. I kind of think that customers are the main source of income for the payroll and accounts payable for this business.

Worst customer service EVER. Called them on a Tuesday morning for help with suspected frozen pipes. They said they could come out that evening. They called around 5pm that day and said they couldn't get to us but would come Wednesday. The next day I heard from them around noon and they said they still couldn't get to us. I called around to other plumbers and then they called back stating they could be there in 45 minutes. The guy got there and stayed 10 minutes at the most. He said if we didnt have water by 10pm to call. 10pm came and still no water. We called and the guy said ok, we will call you in the morning. Thursday morning comes and the lady calls and says ok we will call you back between 11 and 12 to set up a time to come out. I heard nothing from them until almost 3pm when they only called to let me know that they couldn't come out but tried to tell me that what I would need to have done is an additional $600ish. They were supposed to call back the following day to once again set up a time. Friday comes and we hear absolitely nothing from them. I called and left a message before 5pm and as of tonight, I have yet to hear back from them. We paid them $140 to come to our house for less than 10 minutes and not solve our problem. I will continue calling them in an attempt to get a refund and to voice my complaints. I also intend on filing a complaint with the BBB and anyone else who will listen. Consumer beware...this is NOT an upstanding company! All the while they made fun of and talked trash about the other plumbers we have used in the past saying how they frequently had to correct their work yet they turned out 10x worse!

This was the worst service I have ever had in my life. I have five kids in the water and they tell me it’s gonna cost $2300 to fix my well and I have a second opinion come out and it cost me $300 and I have water back. Also the other people that came out told me what happened and it was a small electrical issue and that I have to have a pressure tank replaced. Just because I’m a woman I think they can screw me over and try to charge me an arm and a leg to get my water up and running when it wasn’t even what they said it was. On top of that they were over an hour late from what they told me they would be here this morning. I wouldn’t never send my service today because they’re going to charge you for something that doesn’t need fixed.

Just purchased a town-home and had a leak in the remodeled upstairs bathroom. Michael was sent right away and fixed the problem. He found that the contractor who did the remodel installed the spout incorrectly. Michael was courteous and a man who took a lot of pride in his work. He did not leave until he was sure that the problem was fixed. I highly recommend Flow Master and if I ever need or know of anyone that needs plumbing work, I will be calling and will recommend them to everyone.

Our well stopped working. I called James and he said he would try to get here that day. He called me and said he would be out first thing in the morning. He and his crew were on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and told us what needed to be done and the cost. In two hours our system was fixed and we had water again for the first time in 4 days.
The crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend calling them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told on a Friday that they would be coming around 4 or 5. I am dealing with a home warranty and have to have the repair person give a diagnostic on the phone. So, when they said they wouldn't be out until 7:30 or 8 I asked them to put me in for Monday morning. They said someone would call me first thing Monday morning with a time. These people do nothing but give you a run around. I called them at 9:30 (gave them ample time to call me). The woman that answered the phone said she would check on things and call me back in a few minutes. 40 minutes later I called them back because she did not call. She said she had to check with someone and they would get back to me. 45 minutes later I get a call and James tells me that someone will be out within the hour. We had a conversation about the warranty company and I asked him for a price so I could try to get an authorization before they got there to save time. He told me they could call him for verification. NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT WAITING TO HEAR BACK OR NOT COMING OUT! At 2 pm I finally called yet again because nobody has shown. James tells me he must have misunderstood me an didn't know if they can fit me in today! I told him if they can't fit me in today then I am calling another plumber. These people are disorganized and someone has a MAJOR listening comprehension problem. I finally called Gladden plumbing and they told me that they would be out at 8 am tomorrow morning. Imagine that...getting a TIME of when someone will come out. The only reason I called Flow Master instead of Gladden was because they advertised same day. I should have just gone to Gladden to begin with. When Gladden says they will be out at 8 AM, they will be there.

Worst plumbing company ever. Took them forever to come out to my friend's house, *which I was present. Then they charged a "flat rate" of $2300 for a pump that costs $250 at Lowes. On top of it, when they came they were there for 10 minutes, didnt clean out the sub basin, install a pump without a check valve! It's a $10 part! Then take off literally after 10 minutes charging $2300 flat rate. What a joke.

I've used Flow Master for 2 big jobs in my house. Once to replace my aging hot water heater and a toilet, and most recently to replace my well pump, well tank, and filtration system.

Both times, the owner has come out before the work and provided me an estimate as well as outlined any potential problems they might face when work started. Both times the work was completed on the day the work was started (and none of the problems outlined were an issue, so it wasn't some ploy to justify increased charges). James walked me through what he did (and why), made sure everything was working, and cleaned up before leaving. For both jobs, the quoted cost was what I was charged.

He also took the time to answer my questions about other systems in my house completely unrelated to the job I had hired him for (air conditioner questions, gas log questions, future plumbing issues to watch for, etc.)

I will gladly use Flow Master for future plumbing needs.

My well pump went out last year on a Friday night. Flowmaster was the only company able to get to me over the weekend. They arrived next morning and not only repaired the pump but advised me on several systems the previous home owner had installed. These systems were unexessary and costly to repair. James offered several options to repair or bypass these systems. We ended up bypassing these systems and replacing the pump. Great service and James was very upfront about not being the cheapest option in my area, but guaranteed the best service. He delivered quality service and incredible customer service.

A year later (yesterday) the pump he installed went out again. I called and they came out right away (within 40 minutes) they diagnosed the problem and advised that there was a chance the issue wouldn't be covered under my warranty. They had my well repaired next day and James went out of his way to make sure the part replacement was covered under warranty. He even cut me a HUGE break on the labor costs.

Honest, professional, and quality service. Couldn't recommend them more.

We had a great experience with Norwood Plumbing - Well and Septic Inspections during the septic inspection for our home purchase in Stem, NC.
They were professional, punctual, and very thorough. Everything was explained clearly, and we felt confident in our decision thanks to their detailed work.
    Highly recommended!
