This business has horrible customer service. I can't review their cleaning services as the company failed to respond to my email submission. I then called a couple days later and explained to the man in charge that I was a busy mom in need of some help bi-weekly to clean my home. He mentioned he would call back within the hour to discuss their availability and in the meantime send over the list of products they use to clean houses. I never received a call back or the email for the product list. I called back the next day and spoke to the woman in charge who then told me the that person to talk with was training employees. I was astonished that a new costumer was so low on their priority list. Needless to say days have gone by and still no call or follow up from this company. If you are looking for someone to clean your home bypass this company as they obviously don't need the business or respect new customers.

Hit or miss at best. If you are lucky enough to have Jon or Casey show up to do your job, then you will be in good shape. Unfortunately, managements inability to maintain any consistency with our assigned team had us more often than not stuck with cleaners who preferred to spend more time texting on their cell phones or flying through the job so they could get home quicker (1 hour 10 minutes for 2 people to clean 2800 sq. Ft. No one can do an adequate job in that time). Perhaps most disappointing was managements preference to lie to cover up their staffs poor performance as opposed to taking ownership and accountability of customers concerns. Cleaning services are a dime a dozen in the area. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

***REVIEW UPDATE*** Our garage was smelling awful and we couldn’t figure out why. We thought something had gotten trapped and died. Turns out the cleaning crew thought it would be a good idea to throw smelly kitchen trash in clearly marked recycling bins inside the garage, when the trash receptacle (again clearly marked) was out on the driveway pad right next to where they parked their car!! Unbelievable!!

Additionally, as to the owners response of “options given”. Cleaning services are supposed to make life more convenient. Having to drop what we are doing, put dogs safely away, change work schedules, all to accommodate poor performance, is not an acceptable option. Further, as to giving us a new team, we’ve had a new team more often than not anyways, and that did not seem to rectify issues. We were then told during this final situation that there were “no other teams in the area, and that we should find another cleaning service”. Finally, I don’t really care about their GPS tracking. On plenty of occasions the cleaning crew sat in the driveway both before and after the work was completed, so GPS could easily show the team on site even when they aren’t productive. GPS won’t mitigate that risk; only a quality job will evidence that a team is doing what they are supposed to.

This was the first time hiring a professional cleaning service and the team did an amazing job! Our apartment was spotless and the team was so courteous and professional. Will definitely hire y’all again when we move to our new house!

Hooray! Another wonderful cleaning job! Taneal and Jonathan performed more miracles today in my beat-up old apartment. (Seriously, these apartments are old and getting pretty shabby- they still have appliances from the '80s!) Aside from that- I have been quite weakened and unwell for some time now (dang stupid cancer- grrr!) I've been unable to do more than the minimum of cleaning. Some jobs are simply too hard for me to do now, and the way my apartment looked was making me so sad.

Town and Country to the rescue!

They were so kind and didn't judge- I didn't feel the shame I had mentally prepared myself for. I asked that they focus on the kitchen and bathroom for both of the cleanings I've had so far. They did far more, though! Taneal's wizardry has made my weird two-room bathroom look better than it did on move-in day, even finding "yuck" that I never knew was there- until it wasn't. There was a gross grey place on the linoleum that I could never remove. That's gone, too. I go into the bathroom just to marvel at the job she did.

Jonathan cleaned the "hopeless" old oven- all the way down to it's original blue granite-speckled finish. Mind you, I have cleaned that wretched thing, soaking and scraping for hours. I had come to accept that the oven was just so old that the finish must have been rusted out or baked off over time or something. Well, Jonathan found it and brought it out gleaming. He managed even to find the time to clean my husband's extensive collection of liqueur and shot glasses from various places, some of which are surprisingly valuable. He went through the living room and hallway with a cloth and a duster on a pole, cleaning the knick-knacks and paintings. Not a speck of dust left. Sweet!

One of the things that impresses me so much is that they use nontoxic- yet startlingly effective- means to do the cleaning! I have several aquariums- so nothing with toxins or fumes can be used around them. That didn't faze my wonderful Town and Country cleaning duo in the least, nor did I get an inferior cleaning result because of that. I could go on and on- but I hope I've made my point. What a wonderful company- and even more wonderful crew! Thank you so very much! I couldn't be a happier camper! :)

Recently had my apartment cleaned by Triangle Town & Country Services. They did a really outstanding job! I went out of town for a few days the day it was cleaned and so didn't see the results immediately. As soon as I walked in the door I was met with a fresh clean smell instead of the usual mustiness when away from home. They really went above what I expected, even straightened a mess I left in the kitchen and got some gunk off my floors I hadn't been able to get up. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.

We’ve used this service for several years. They do a good job of cleaning all surfaces in our five-room duplex in 1-2 hours. We usually have the same person who cleans. She works around our only partial messiness reduction, and she is a pleasant visitor to our home.

We have been with Town and Country for approx 6 years. We spend time away both winter and summer and they always work with our seasonal schedule, cleaning only when we have been in this residence. We have previously been with cleaning services who would not allow interruption in cleaning schedules; ie, every other week or every month.
