Jeannie & Misty are doing outstanding work in our home , cleaning every 2 weeks for more than 5 years now. The earliest e-mail I can find from Town & Country is from December 2010. We ended up using them for over 13 years, until we moved. I want to say that their service was great, and sometimes it was, but most of the time is was "good enough". Over that time some things did get broken, but the worst incident was when one of the cleaners sprayed bleach on my hand-rubbed oil finish floors. Luckily for her I was planning on having them redone anyway, so I wasn't as upset as I would have been otherwise.

We just had our last clean. The house was completely empty yet numerous things were still missed, and they charged me extra for some reason (it was marked as "extra time"). When I brought up the issues with pictures (they missed a large place in the kitchen where we had a bottle of soap leak, didn't empty the one remaining trashcan, etc.) they said "Hrm, that is unusual" and still charged me extra. This was despite me overlooking a floor repair that would have run into the hundreds of dollars.

You might ask "why did you stick with them for so long?" Well, the answer is momentum. It can be hard to find a cleaning service and once you do it can be equally hard to change.

Based on the many positive reviews here you might end up being happy with Town and Country. But my recommendation would be to look elsewhere first.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with Jewels when she was at our home this week for our first cleaning service! Her work ethic is extraordinary and her cleaning skills are outstanding. In addition, she is a delightful person. We thought our home was relatively clean but after Jewels did her work, it looks and feels cleaner than it has in many years. For example, we had been thinking that we needed to get our kitchen cabinets repainted but now that Jewels has cleaned them, they look so fresh and clean that one might think they've just been repainted! We are grateful that we have connected with your company and with Jewels in particular. We look forward to a positive and productive relationship with all of you in the future.

I loved having the ladies from Town and Country come clean our house each week. Our tile and hardwood floors looked marvelous when they finished. They did a move out clean when we sold our house and I was so pleased with their attention to detail. They were also happy to accommodate our schedule both when we needed extra service and also when we needed to skip a week.

We have requested service from Town and Country at our house and our daughters' house. Our responsibilities make it difficult to do all our own cleaning. We trust and appreciate the quality and care T&C provide us over many several years. Their staff care about us and do many extra things to be sure we are happy. we are very grateful for extra special cleaning and sterilizing provided for our daughters' house when she had flooding under her house. I have had a very positive experience with Town and Country Services. I prefer to have the same people clean my house each time because there is always a learning curve involved whenever someone new comes into your home. Town and Country Services has provided me with the same team over many years which has served us well. They do an excellent job. They work diligently, efficiently, and thoughtfully.

The builder who built my house used them to supposedly do a final clean prior to us moving in. It was awful. They even damaged the toilet lids by using a harsh abrasive. Paint spots were still noticeable. Dust on windowsills. …. No attention to details. Used cleaning products inappropriately.
