B & T HVAC is great! My thermostat went out during the coldest month we’ve had in a long time. They were immediately responsive and had someone out the very next day. John was the service technician and he was great, very friendly, personable and helped identify exactly what was wrong. Can’t recommend these guys enough!!

Writing this as the house manager for Dr. Chilton: The reason B&T HVAC has so many five star reviews is because they are genuinely great. Woke up to the smell of gas and the fire department determined the existing HVAC unit had a cracked exchange valve or something that wasn't burning off the gas. It was COLD outside and the heat had to be turned off and the gas red tagged. Aaron was out to evaluate the situation within hours and had his crew here within days. They had done the HVAC at my house and were just as professional, quick and affordable as before. Don't hesitate to contract with this company!

Needed to replace 3 Intake Grilles due to the installation of larger Heat Pump and Air Handlers last year. Thought about installing the Grilles myself since it is reputed to be easy.
Given my history with the construction of our house, I'm glad I didn't try it.
Jay came out from B&T. Jay admitted that he had seen some poor istallations over the years but these seemed be be unusually weird. Not just poorly set into the wall, but in one case, not just badly sized but not even affixed to the Air Handler.
He said not to worry he'd seen setups like this before, just not so many all at once.
In the end he got everything to fit, with some cutting and hammering -- looking at the 3 jobs you'd never know that the new Grilles didn't just slide into place easily.
Good to know B&T has people who have seen it all, almost , and can fix even stuff they have'nt seen before. My thanks to Jay for not just taking a look and saying, "Are you kidding me?".

B&T did a wonderful job replacing our broken HVAC system. They responded promptly to trouble shoot the old system (it died and warranty had long since expired). Then they gave use several reasonably-priced options to replace the old unit, and then they did an excellent job quickly installing the new unit! we couldn't be any happier with their service, price, timeliness. Even though we wish we didn't have to replace our old unit, the whole experience was very good.

B&T was a wonderful company to work with. Their communication and commitment to restoring our heat before the cold snap were truly essential.
Their service technician arrived promptly the same day and got our older unit temporarily up and running. After discussing options with the owner, we decided a new unit was necessary, and they were able to install it the very next day.
