When we made our reservation, we gave the items which needed attention including repair of a dishwasher. (The young man who came was professional so this is not about him.) To our surprise we learned that they do not do dishwashers. If we had known that we would not have paid $95.00 just for a visit. Shocking bad business.

Jeff is really a pro on Rannai water heaters. Worked hard servicing it. Our unit is old and we will be looking to Fullstack Plumbing to replace it.

Jeff was very professional fixed our leaky faucet and installed a food disposal. Explained everything, completed the job in a timely manner. Overall very satisfied with the service.

This was a great experience from the moment Ruben and Javier arrived at my home. Efficient and knew what they were doing - immediately focused on the root of the water problem! Understanding the importance of my problem they too care of it the same day- replacing the holding tank under the house - well water can be tricky!

They were respectful of my home - removed shoes on entering - and checked out all faucets to make sure all was in order before they left!

JJ did a great job of tracking down a leak from the shower in our guest bathroom. It ended up not being from the pipes or the drain, but was water leaking through the faceplate in the shower. He sealed the faceplate and resolved the leak. Great job, JJ!

Jeff Opfer of Full Stack Plumbing in Pittsboro did a very professional job of installing my Rinnai tankless water heater system today. He explained things to me very well, too. My only complaint is that the electrician never showed up to install the outlet. But Jeff did a temporary workaround using a long extension cord to provide electricity to the unit.

As a follow up, Jeff came in today and installed 3 new faucets. As usual, he was on time, courteous and thorough. I wouldn’t use any other plumber, period!

The company was very communicative. They were very responsive to the online initial contact. The day the technician was to arrive the sent a text with the technician picture and information. Once Nick and coworker arrive the gave me a quote and once accepted they got to work. They worked quickly and was always respectful of us and the property. I would recommend to others and would use them again.

Curry and his team at Fullstack Plumbing are experienced, professional and reasonable, with a huge dose of communication thrown in. As a general contractor, I use Fullstack for all my clients plumbing needs... and they just finished helping me at my own house..again. Give them a shout...you won't have any regrets!! We had backed up water and sewage in our basement. It was a confusing number of pipes that the builder used. Reuben and staff were very conscientious, professional and fixed the problem. We were extremely impressed with the service we received. Highly recommend!
