Just moved into a new home and wasn't getting hot water. Jacob came out and fixed it instantly. He was knowledgeable and professional. He even took off his shoes respectfully without being asked. We will definitely be using them for our plumbing needs.

I called , they answered! A very pleasant young woman ( she told me her name and I forgot it 😊) handled my call with friendliness , professionally and politely! They were able to send out a technician that day and he arrived when they said he would and Kentrell was as polite and courteous and friendly as my phone conversation. Kentrell was able to completely fix my spigot right thrn and there and that's my story. I highly recommend Full Stack and will definitely use them again.

JJ was super nice and helpful. He assessed all our needs and had a prompt solution to our problem. He was very helpful with advice to alleviate these issues in the future. We’d use him again!

John and Nick did an excellent job during their recent visit to our home. Prompt, courteous and good communication skills. They performed maintenance on our tankless water heater and checked the main water pipes in the crawl space. We know the price ahead of time and there were no surprises . Highly recommend.

We’re so grateful to Full Stack. They came out on Christmas Eve to replace our water heater and even did the extra work to get the old one out of the attic via a pull-down ladder from a too-small opening. AND they were the least-expensive quote we got. Fantastic work and much appreciated!!

Peyton immediately identified the issue with why our tankless water heater was throwing a code. Fixed within minutes and was very helpful explaining how our DIY efforts had caused the issue. Easiest plumbing visit ever.

My elderly father has had some plumbing issues recently. Full Stack has been wonderful to work with. They are a professional company with very reasonable rates. Thankful to have them in Pittsboro.

Full Stack Plumbing sent their tech, Kentrell Edwards to our home to detect and assess the source of a water leak in the connections between kitchen sink drain and disposable unit. Kentrell was knowledgeable articulate and courteous. He explained the cause with photographs he'd taken and suggested solutions with the costs thereof. In all a good experience.

I wanted to donate existing faucet and was not able to because plumber chose to "cut lines" instead of struggle with unscrewing them. Other than that service great and plumber worked in a clean and timely fashion.

A suggestion: I have noticed that every time I use FullStack the plumbers kindly remove old materials without asking if I want them. I suggest Fullstack make asking this question part of regular procedure.

Ruben did a great job trying to find the source of a leaking shower/bathroom. He was persistent and worked with me to think of where the source could be. He communicated well before, during, and after his visit. Look forward to his return to install the new shower handles after I purchase the replacement parts.

Nikolas is an outstanding technician. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable; did a great job fixing a leak in our water heater. Highly recommend Full Stack Plumbing!

At 2:30, wife calls to tell me the water has stopped working in the house. I came home, did some rudimentary troubleshooting, found the pressure switch was was dripping water and looking pretty scuzzy inside. Being a plumbing genius, I immediately recognized this as “suspiciously not good.” Called Full Stack at 3:30 to get the system going again. They initially said they could be out the next day at 10:00. Then they called back and they could at least have a tech look at it immediately. Great! Jeff and helper showed up within 30 minutes and confirmed that the switch was the problem. They had the right part on the truck, did the work needed to replace it, and the water was back. Best service ever - couldn’t have done better for us.

These guys are Awesome! I had a 50 gallon hot water heater spraying a leak in my third floor attic. I called several places with five star reviews and found that full stack was able to dispatch a team the next day. I sent some pictures of the work site and the equipment that needed to be replaced and they showed up the next day to complete the repair. They were polite, took care to not make a mess on the carpet. Aunt did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend.

JJ did a superb job for us. I’d give a sixth star if I could. He was extremely helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and effective in his work. We were well satisfied!

Surprised at rapid scheduling of service! Talked to a courteous, efficient, dispatcher, Samantha, and she had a repair scheduled next day! Peyton did a re-repair & suggestions on our questions, in less than 2 hours. Very reasonable price with respectful, helpful representatives of your company. Congratulations on having good people working for you.

Corey was great! He TOTALLY understood our dilemma and fixed what was actively leaking, pointed out a few we weren't aware of (but they were), and gave us some options (tankless, aquahut, etc) on what we can do moving forward. He also said he was going to take our situation back and would be in contact with us with some other potential options. We have a lot of stuff (pressure tank, hot water heater, softener, acid neutralizer, radon mitigation, filtration) crammed into a tiny area in a house built 50 years ago... With acidic, hard well water. So glad I called fullstack when our drip, drip, drip got worse! Can't wait to see what you suggest and get this "water problem" behind us! (We've been complaining about that closet for 12 years!)

Update:
Full stack first came out when we had a leak in a VERY annoying location after the holidays (see photo with labels/before= what Corey had to deal with); it was a slow leak over the holidays but we didn't want to interrupt anyone's holiday for a non-emergent leak.
They were able to fix it but we also realized (after 12 years) that it was time to reevaluate our "water closet" (see photo with labels).

Full Stack said, "ok!!" And CW (owner) came out and brainstormed a few ideas and tested our water.
A few weeks later, the crew came and raced the snow to install an aquahut, moving the hot water heater and pressure tank outside into a cozy hut, and make our "water closet" WAY easier to maintain and look SLEEK. The water filter and acid neutralizer need to be changed every 6 months and it was sooooooo tricky that it always ended in "I hate this house" and "we should move." Thanks to Full Stack I can't wait until we need to do maintenance in August- it'll be a BREEZE!!!

We did encounter a couple of hiccups but Full Stack (& Peyton) was amazing at resolving. CW may be a bit of a perfectionist and came back the day snow was predicted to add some finishing touches so that it looked how he wanted. 😍 That's totally the way we roll and it was so great to find someone similar!!!

Oooooooooooooooor another amazing thing that I've never experienced before was that they send a text when the plumber is on their way, along with a photo of who to expect!! That is just *chef's kiss* another amazing bonus of working with Full Stack!

This company and the professional assigned to my job were top notch! They arrived on time, listened to what I was saying, were efficient, competent and polite. I felt extremely comfortable with the level of communication and the professionalism that Ruben brought to the job!

The guys came out the same day within a few hours of contacting the company. Technicians were very polite and when the got stuck they called in reinforcements and did not charge any extra. Will definitely be my go to plumbers.
