My first time turning to Fullstack and it was a great experience. Scheduling was a breeze and convenient. Jeff was great pointing out a few things I should know about my house but didn’t and explained everything before he started the work. Definitely recommend

Very professional when scheduling appointment but not able to give an estimate, which I should have taken as a concern. Communication was great with updates regarding the appointment. Unfortunately the coast of the repair very expensive which I did get notified of before the start of the job and was surprised how expensive it would be but decided to go ahead with the installation of the new pedestal sink. The finished job was poorly completed with quite a lot of damage to the wall and moulding. When I called to question the finished job I was told that may happen during the installation and they don’t fix the damage. Very expensive for poor quality of work.

We had no hot water with our tankless water heater. After using another company, we had a big bill with no solution and no hot water.

This company is 10 out of 10!

Our tankless water heater froze over the weekend. Monday morning I called Full Stack. They have an ai answering service, of which I was skeptical at first, but I was able to clearly get across what I needed and request a callback. Just a few minutes later I received a call from Jessica who scheduled a plumber to come out that afternoon. Within just a couple hours of my first call, Ruben and Justin arrived. They were very professional and respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. In no time they had our hot water running again, and they reinsulated the water heater as well, doing a much better quality job than the original installers had. The price was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend Full Stack (and I love the hilarious name).

I was very pleased that Full Stack was able to send Jeff out the same afternoon I discovered a leak in pipe that supplies a faucet. The faucet (over 50 yrs old) was inoperable as top was broken off; we were told when we'd had it looked at previously that it would be very difficult to replace (as the pipe was adjacent to / fairly blocked by heat pump air handlers). We had no idea the pipe was live or even what was spewing water all over. The copper had corroded, likely split during the cold spell. Jeff cut it off, replaced & gave us a new faucet.. we're very pleased with his experience & expertise.
