UPDATE: The deal on the previous house didn't work out, but I'm so glad that Francisco Oliva saved my bacon on that one! He recently came out to another house and went through the whole process with me again. The dude really kicks ass!

Jorge Aguas of EEI Engineering & Inspections was critical to our ability to show the existing structural limitations of a project Silver Lake Construction Co. was contracted to do. His exceptional ability to interpret the original structural drawings and inspect the existing site conditions confirmed that the wind bracing system of the original structure was still an essential component of the integrity of the building, though the use and structure of the building had changed over time. We needed to have a 15 year old tv taken off the wall over our fireplace and a new larger tv put in its place. Larry was quick to respond to our request and able to come in a timely manner. He was on time for the appointment , professional and friendly. He removed the old tv and bracket and replaced them , doing an excellent job. He even put the old one in my car so I could bring it to the dump. Would gladly call on him again.

Excellent professional! Although a previous job ran a little longer than expected, I was kept informed and we set up a later time that was convenient for me and he came later that day. I know things happen and it’s the way Larry responded and giving me options was all I could ask. He is a true professional and the work (hanging rods throughout a new home) was excellent. I will be using him again on some other upcoming projects.
