Jason and team were great to work with when we replaced an old slate/shingle roof with an aluminum one. They set clear expectations before and during the process, and met them all. The price was fair, the work was great, and we haven't had any problems with the roof at all. Highly recommend.

Northgate did a renovation project for our older home in Mordecai that involved doubling the square footage by adding a full 2nd floor and redoing part of the downstairs as well. Despite us picking the worst of times to renovate in the middle of Covid, the project stayed on schedule and within budget. We couldn't be more pleased! We've received so many compliments from neighbors as well. Their full staff was a pleasure to work with and the best in the business. I'd highly recommend them for all of your construction needs.

I had an excellent experience working with Northgate Group! Tim was fantastic in helping design the new layout for our first floor, which included removing the wall between our living room and kitchen, converting a wood fireplace to an electric one, and installing beautiful custom floating shelves. Our new kitchen, featuring a stunning island, updated cabinets and countertops, and modern lighting, has truly transformed our home. The complete renovation of our master bathroom was equally impressive, with the conversion of a bathtub surround to a beautifully tiled double shower and the upgrade from a single vanity to a double vanity. Every room received a fresh coat of paint, adding to the overall transformation.

Living on our second floor throughout the construction was made easy thanks to the incredible team of Angel, Pablo, and Franklin. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. Ryan and his team came out quickly to get us moving forward with our electrical needs. They were honest about the work and told us what was not necessary to save on cost. His staff did a top notch job, while working around our guys on the shop floor and did not hinder our ability to maintain production throughout the couple of days that they were here! Ryan even went out of his way a week or two later, to come out and make a quick electrical connection on a new machine that we just received. I would recommend The Northgate Group for any and all electrical needs from commercial to residential.

Northgate completed a second project on our (almost) 100 year home. We wanted to expand the 1st floor with an addition of a skylights sun room, an office for my wife, remodel the bathroom, remodel the kitchen, remodel the laundry / pantry and remove an outside deck to add two more decks. The main floor HVAC system was going to be completely replaced with new ducts through out the 1st floor. This was an extensive project that was expected to take @ 6 months.
The project was completed two weeks later than expected due to delivery delays from custom cabinets in the kitchen and $1200 over the approved estimate. We were ESTATIC !!
During the demolition, Northgate discovered that the bones of the house using heart of pine was tougher wood than what they could currently purchase. Repurposed wood was used when possible much to our delight.
Northgate worked closely with us to stay on time and on budget. We had regular meetings to discuss progress. We were able to drop by daily to see the results and answer any questions. Everything was transparent and above board.
The sun room is now one of our favorite rooms, I finally have the kitchen I have always wanted instead of the one that came with the house / apartment. The pantry / office area has become a favored work area for projects, the porches now make sense and the bath is more utilitarian.
We would recommend Northgate Group for your consideration. In two projects we do NOT have any horror stories, only good memories and a forever home we plan to spend many years enjoying.

John completed a home inspection for me recently, and he did an excellent job. Fulfilling promises is extremely important to me, so I was pleased with his communication during the process, with him showing up on time and completing the tasks on time, and with getting my report to me on time. John did a great job installing two light kits on ceiling fans and fixing a dimmer switch in our dining room. His work is fast, efficient and he kept me informed of what he was doing the whole time. I was very happy with his work!

Egan came to the rescue when we were installing a Industrial Food Production System! Working closely with Seth Svoboda, Egan Team Lead / Site Manager, made the integration of electrical, gas, water and mechanical systems come together! Seth led the team that was able to map the components, assemble our control systems, install them in appropriate NEMA-4 enclosures and then assist us with fine-tuning the entire system!
