Quality Design built out our laundry room from an empty space with only a washer and dryer to a functional and aesthetically pleasing space - they listened to us describe all our wishes, and, despite being a very small room, were able to create the perfect solution to all of our needs- plenty of cabinetry and counter space for storage and folding laundry as well as a custom-designed dog wash station for our 3 pups. Great people, easy to work with, and great at what they do!

Quality Design and Construction helped me with a master bath remodel and relocation of a laundry room during the height of COVID in the spring/summer of 2020. They were easy to work with and from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Quality Design & Construction; the name says it all. This Googly praise is long overdue, as I've been doing quality HVAC work for Peggy and Dave for going on 18 years. In that time, Quality Design has been consistent in its high standard for aesthetics as well as function. While their clients are consistently pleased with the looks of the end result, I can attest that the trade work behind the scenes, plumbing; HVAC; electrical; and framing, is done by dedicated professionals who share the same principles of workmanship.

We had Quality Design & Construction do a kitchen remodel, and we were so pleased that we had them do an addition of a screened-in back porch a couple of years later. From the first day of discussion to the completion of these projects, Quality Design & Construction was first class! They listened to our needs, developed design approaches meeting those needs, and then executed the plans to perfection. Cindy and I highly recommend them.

When searching for a professional firm to do a bathroom renovation, Quality Design & Construction came highly recommended. Dave came to our house, made suggestions, and promptly gave us an estimate. His staff were very professional and easy to work with. They totally transformed our 1980's Master Bathroom! They recommended "seniorizing" the room and we cannot emphasize enough what a wise decision that was. Having major surgery one year later made us appreciate the design and functionality of the bathroom. We will definitely use Quality Design & Construction for our future renovations.

Jose is the best. He walked me through the entire process including providing documentation for the Home Owners Association (HOA). He walked me through the selection process of choosing the type fence that I wanted for my property. As soon as the materials were delivered, he and his crew were on site the next day for installation and stayed on the job until completion. He even follow-up after to ensure I was still satisfied with the finish product. There was even a piece of material that wasn't included with materials (gate lock) that he went to vendor, picked it up and came back on site and installed at no charge.

I would recommend this company and Jose to anyone for fencing.

This company fenced in my .50 acre back yard. They were professional, performed excellent quality work product and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for any of your fencing/deck needs.
In fact, I plan to hire them to build a deck for me within the next few weeks. I will not bother to get a comparison quote as I know what I’m getting with these guys! Again, I highly recommend Affordable Fences & Decks!

We had a long list of minor plumbing, electrical, caulking, screen repair, other wood repair, etc.....Owner was great. He was responsive, communicated well, punctual, professional, efficient and had great attitude. He arrived on time at 9:00am and did not even seem to take a break. I could tell owner has integrity. We would highly recommend In N Out Construction in Raleigh.

They did a great job installing our fence. Very thorough in their explanation and their work.
Had an issue with the gate and they came out and fixed it the next day. Great communication as well! Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for an affordable fence!
