Cheap price for sure , but don'matter if they don't show up on time ALWAYS LATE .horrible customer service, don't take responsibility or try to make up for it when they're wrong. Not even like we're a 1 time customer, we order a lot. Need to step it up poor poor excuse of "customer service..

We had a new concrete driveway poured from Raleigh Concrete. Since it dried, the concrete has continuously "dusted" or "blown" away. Within 4 months, rocks were surfacing from the mix. When the wind blows, dust from the concrete blows throughout the air. Concrete debris washes away with every rain. After numerous calls, we finally received a call back from their Quality Control Manager, Teddy, who came out to assess the situation. He stated that in over 20 years of working with concrete, he'd never seen anything like this in less than 6 month old concrete. He was supposedly going back to his office to review load mixtures and was to get back with us for a resolution. We never heard back from him. We've tried calling and emailing multiple times, but cannot get a response from the company to respond and resolve the problem they caused with the bad mix. If they contact us back and resolve the issue, I'll be happy to change my review, but I would advise not to purchase from this company since they do not stand behind their product.

If I could give this a 0 I would. NEVER bring orders on time. If you want to waste your money on laborers sitting around for a few hours before concrete shows this is the place. Canceled an order 30 minutes before scheduled to arrive. Supposedly policy changed for colored concrete last minute. That's completely stupid because I had that order in for a week and to cancel last minute is unacceptable. Will never use them again. Also changed my time on an order without letting me know that morning. They never update you if they are running behind.

I hope they pour concrete better than they drive because this guy tried to run us off the road today on 40.

We have been pouring concrete for over 20 years. This company has a serious issue with dispatch and customer communications. We did a large driveway where the second truck was 3 and 1/2 hours late causing a major delay which resulted in a cold joint on our project and losing 6 yards of concrete that got too hot. After multiple calls speaking with the supervisor they did not even try to make a concession or refund for the concrete that could that got too hot and had to be returned to the plant. I will not be using Raleigh concrete again.

We use them for all our dumpsters and concrete. They go above and beyond and the office staff is outstanding.

Poured 10 yards and my call back order got there 2 hours and 44 minutes late, concrete dried and a brand new slab was ruined. They refused to take responsibility for this disaster.

Me and my husband were driving on 40 today coming home from our special needs daughter appointments at Duke. A Raleigh concrete dump truck was in the lane to the right of us about 300ft ahead of us. We watched a rock come out of the back of the dump truck and hit our windshield and left a crack. I got pictures of the back of the dump truck and the driver door with the company name as well as the NCDOT number. The dump truck also didn’t have a license tag so I don’t have the tag number. I called the company and they refused to help because we didn’t have a dash cam to prove it came from one of their trucks and not the highway. The lady I spoke to all but accused me of lying and said if it wasn’t videoed there wasn’t anything they could do. Sorry excuse for customer service and rude employees.

These are very professional people I have ever dealt with. Our house is on sale and Buyers agent identified wet surface underneath the tarp, in crawl space and reduce the offering price to 35k, and made this a big deal. There was none identified by Kevin from Crawlspace Brothers

I found crawl space brothers through google search and had my appointment booked in 2 business days. Kevin came on time did an inspection/suggested few things to keep my crawl space in good space. Good thing is that they do not charge you for initial consultation. I will definitely use them in future and refer my friends to them.

My crawl space encapsulation service had been scheduled during a time of multiple managerial and team member changes. After being rescheduled once, the team came out to perform the job but had not completed it. I was told only a few minor things were left to do. After a week, I’d not heard back, so I contacted the office to inquire about the follow up visit. Shortly after, I’d received a call from Kenny, who introduced himself as the new manager for the Raleigh location. I must say, the right decision was made to have Kenny oversee this location as he completely turned this experience around for me. Not only is Kenny very customer friendly and knowledgeable, he also showed great concern and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service. He alone did a thorough check of the work that was done and completed the work that remained. He kept in contact with me throughout the process. He worked very hard and followed through on everything he said he would. Thank you Kenny, job well done!

This is an update to my review. The team reached out and redid my project with no cost to me. They explained that the team in my area had many inexperienced workers that have since been replaced.

I did not have a great experience. I scheduled a vapor barrier installed a few months ago. It went fine, they did a walk through with me and it looked like a plastic sheet on the ground. A few months later I had a different company looking in the crawlspace and they said it was an amateur job. They pointed to sloppy and even out of code work.
I emailed Crawl Space Brothers to hopefully get them back to fix the issues, but they never responded.

We selected CrawlSpace Brothers based on the response, thoroughness and price. Their crew showed up on time and got to work right away. They were sensitive to the environment and completed the job with high quality workmanship. They cleaned up the work area etc nicely. We are happy we chose to work with them. We strongly recommend them. Waheed

Great Customer Service!

Crawl Space Brothers did a great job. Kevin Curby did my estimate and after evaluating my crawlspace, gave me my estimate. He never tried to upsell me, in fact I had to ask for an estimate for the more expensive option!

Install was completed quickly with no mess and after completion, Kevin came out to inspect the work and ensure satisfaction before billing. Kevin also followed up several months later (after they were fully paid) to make sure I was still satisfied. 5 stars!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable, very professional, no high pressure sales tactics at all. Kevin came out, did a thorough inspection of crawl space, and gave me recommendations for two different options. I choose the more in-depth option. He wrote up the contract digitally on the spot, I reviewed it and asked for a couple of adjustments. He made the adjustments immediately. The work was carried out within the next 3-4 days while we were out-of-town for the holidays. When we got back, I inspected what had been done. Everything we agreed to had been carried out and all old material had been removed beautifully. Then Reagan came out and made a thorough inspection of the work that had been done. He suggested and carried out some additional touch ups and even gave us an additional monitoring device that wasn’t in the contract. To top it off, we later received a $25 amazon give card from them as a thank you for using their service. All around totally happy with everything that took place and confident in the quality of the service provided.

My experience with Crawl Space Brothers as a company was not great. My crawlspace work was drawn out over months due to weather and an inexperienced, uncommunicative, and unprofessional employee having been filled into a leadership position for my job.

Having said that, my concerns were addressed quickly whenever I called Crawl Space Brother’s; and a different, experienced manager named Kenny was eventually put in charge of our crawl space.

Kenny is the reason I’m writing this review and why I gave 5 stars. I can’t say enough good things about this man. He was very communicative, efficient, and professional. Kenny prioritized our job, fixed mistakes made by the previous supervisor, and ultimately did great work. He basically saved the reputation of this company for me and deserves a bonus/raise and credit for busting his butt to get things done right.

I believe I paid a fair price for this job and there’s a great warranty. If you have the right people working your job, it should be very smooth. Thank you Kenny!

Crawl Space Brothers are the best. After meeting with several companies about our crawl space, they were the obvious choice for us. They were responsive to our calls, well planned and detailed with our options, and we felt comfortable working with them. We knew when out work would begin and how long it would take. Clean up was great and the crawl space looks awesome. The work was then inspected by the boss. Now that quality work.

I had an issue with the previous management, and even though the new management had nothing to do with my issue, the GM came out, inspected my crawlspace, fixed a few holes and cracks, made a suggestion for me to follow up on - all of it for no charge, just to right the wrong of someone else. Amazing response!

Great experience start to finish with having a moisture barrier installed. Kevin did a quick walkthrough to start off and gave me a quote for considerably less than I was bracing myself for. On installation day, Matt and Craig did a great, efficient job -- sealed it all up well and it only took about half a day. They communicated clearly what what they were doing and even kindly hauled off some old junk from my crawlspace I wanted to get rid of. I paid exactly what I was quoted...no surprises, except at how painless it all was. Definitely recommend.

Crawl Space Brothers is truly a top-notch company! They completed a full crawl space encapsulation and installed a dehumidifier for us. We had received estimates from multiple companies and Crawl Space Brothers was by far the most reasonable. Their estimate was straight-forward, they didn't try to up-sell us on anything and their prices were affordable. Every person we encountered was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, on time, and efficient. They did a really great job and we are so happy to have used them for this upgrade to our home!

Kenny was absolutely amazing. I did have some problems with some of the work and when I reached out to Kenny he went above and beyond to make sure that the end result of the project was top-notch. When you spend the kind of money that it takes to encapsulate a crawl space it was very nice to be given the peace of mind that Kenny gave me. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, listened to my concerns openly and offered up a game plan and timeline that worked out extremely well for the unique situation involved with my crawl space. I've already recommended crawl space brothers, Kenny specifically to two of my neighbors. Your company is very lucky to have such dedicated knowledgeable professional employee.

Cleaned up well after themselves and kept me posted each day on when they were finished and what time they would arrive the next day. I even had a few things in the crawlspace that were garbage and they offered to take them with them and dispose of them. Definitely recommend!
