We had a great experience with Crawlspace Brothers. Their team was knowledgeable, reasonably priced and addressed our crawlspace issues. Tyree completed the work ahead of schedule and left the area clean and sealed. We noticed a big difference in the humidity levels in the crawlspace same day!

Crawlspace Brothers competed a job removing old insulation & vapor barrier in my crawlspace with new. Davin Collins and Daquan Boyd did a great job removing the old and installing the new. They were professional, on time, very friendly guys - they did great work!

The team from CrawlSpace Brothers were responsive, professional, and DELIVERED the job as promised. I can’t say enough about how efficient their two installers, Remy and Andy were. They worked to get the job done and did a fantastic clean up job afterwards. Reagan ,the Supervisor, came day of job to make sure I was comfortable with the job and answer any questions I might have. He returned after the job was completed and did a full inspection. He had a few “tweaks” to make then explained the work that was done and explained the warranty information.
I can’t express how nice it was, in THIS DAY AND TIME, to feel in your gut that you actually got a quality job by a company who will back their work. Here some before and after pictures! AMAZING TRANSFORMATION

I work for an hvac company and I have seen a lot of crawlspace companies, but this is the company I chose for my house. You don’t have to look any further they did a spectacular job. I reached out to Crawl Space Brothers for humidity issues and potentially encapsulating my crawl space. They arranged an inspection very quickly and they were one of the first to see my crawl space.

David was the rep that came to inspect my crawl space - and I could tell he was organized and thorough. I noted he had already done research of my home (looked at the plat / lot survey) whereas other reps would come and ask me for information like how large is my crawl. He knew all this before meeting me. He did a thorough job inspecting the crawl - even went through the photos with me on his computer. He also didn't try to upsell encapsulation to me. He gave his recommendation on solving my humidity issue but I was interested in the encapsulation as well for potential home thermal efficiency (which I didn't mention before the inspection). He was also responsive and incredibly patient when I asked him questions after the inspection to compare solutions and pricing with other companies. David was honestly professional and pleasant to work with.

In the end, it was a toss up between Crawl Space Brothers and another company, I went with the other company because they were quicker to see my crawl space.

I'm pretty happy with the work and price. Both the sales rep and installers showed me pictures throughout, and kept me up to date with the progress. The electricians they use are outsourced, which may have been the cause of a little confusion for my installation job.

Our sales rep, David, was great. He was laid back and didn't push unnecessary solutions. In fact, I even ended up calling him back after a particularly bad storm so I could add more drainage and sump pumps to my quote.

There was an unexpected change in scheduling, so my crawl space was started and finished a week earlier than scheduled. That was an improvement for me, since I work from home with a flexible schedule. The only downside is that I didn't hear from the electrician until I called the CSB office two weeks later (assuming the scheduling conflict was the initial issue).

Our installers, Devon and Daquan, were excellent. They were very professional and kept me informed as they progressed. Devon even warned me that there may be some confusion on the electrical side due to the change order. That warning came true and was able to be resolved the same day, so shout out to Devon for seeing problems before they happen.

The electrician, Cody, was great as well. There was a small mix-up with the number of outlets needed, which he resolved immediately.

It has only been a few weeks since the installation, so I'll update this post if I run into any issues.

I would highly recommend Crawl Space Brothers as well.

Every crew in every aspect of the process was phenomenal. The work done was top notch and I truly appreciate the efforts. They have a superb team of wood workers that came in to replace some rotten structural and they crushed it. Sorry guys, I cannot remember all of your names. Hats off to you three! The encapsulation techs Leonard and Scott attacked the crawl and ended with a super clean installation of material as well as sump lines and a dehumidifier. I'm in crawlspaces for my job as well, so I've thoroughly examined the work and am very pleased. David in sales, thank you sir. I appreciate all of your efforts and will recommend you to those in need! Much love to you gents.

They did a complete encapsulation of my crawl space and did an excellent job. Remy, Liam and Matt were awesome. Professional, outgoing, focused and great detail to work. They came on time and did what ever was needed to provide the best quality. It was an enjoyable experience. Sean, the manager was great. He did a great job inspecting the work to ensure quality satisfaction. He also went out of his way to come back and provide a cosmetic addition to the job. I highly recommend this team to do your crawl space encapsulation. It was fairly priced and competitive.

Shout out to the techs that did my encapsulation, Devon Collins and Daquan Boyd. They were quick, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and most importantly went above and beyond for us to make sure the job was done right. Devon texted or called me every morning on his way to the job, walked me through every step of what was being done and answered every question I had, and trust me I had a lot. He made sure everything was done to the highest standard and made it clear that if I needed anything he was ready to handle it. I can not recommend them enough.

Also, a shout out to David Moriarty who did our quote, he was straight forward and did not try to bs his way to a sale. He made great solid suggestions on what should and could be done and tried to save us money at every turn.

I am having more structural work done by this company soon and will post a further review when that is completed.

Edit: I had the additional work done and it was handled very well. Unfortunately I did forget the technicians names but their supervisor Daniel said they were the best jack crew he had and I believe him, they were fast, effective and extremely professional.

I am so impressed with Crawl Space Brothers from start to finish. I am super impressed with the job Tyree McKinnie and Devon Collins did. These 2 hard workers kept me informed about everything all along the way!! What’s more impressive is that Tyree basically wrestled a rather large black snake in his hands that came out from the crawl space and took him to the woods and relocated it!! I appreciated that, talk about going above and beyond!! 2 very cool dudes, worked hard for 2 straight days getting it done! I would hire Tyree and Devon to do anything needed and would be confident in them to get it done!! I give Tyree a new nickname! Snake Man! Thanks fellas for making my crawl space look and feel amazing!!

Would definitely recommend Crawl Space Brothers for anyone looking. I personally found these guys through google reviews so I understand how much weight they have when making a decision. *EDIT* The installation manager came out to address the issues that we experienced from the previous work/review. He removed all the trash that was leftover and made the crawlspace presentable again. He cleaned up the wires, affixed the electrical items to the joist, caulked the gap of the exit pipe, and made the dehumidifier level. I appreciate the level of care that David and Daniel provided.

I am not happy with the work that was done. I assume that when you pay over $7,000 for a job that they will leave the space as good or better than what it was before and that is not the case. There is trash inside and outside of the crawlspace that was not there before. The ground was level prior to them coming out and it is now not that way. It is a mess and I will see what happens when they come to take a look but I would not recommend them to anyone. Especially because before even doing the work they asked me for a good review - If you do good work you don't have to ask for a good review your work should speak for itself.

The rep that came out initially was David, he was such a kind and down to earth person who explained things in great detail and I thought what he said was reliable. I have my husband taking time off work to come meet with them so that maybe they will listen to his concerns.

My crawlspace looks immaculate and feels practically livable since Leonard and the crawlspace brothers encapsulated it. Leonard was amicable and honest and service was affordable with top tier professionalism. He even walked me through and educated me on the protection and value a clean crawlspace added to my home. I have lived in my house five years and was nervous to go beneath my crawlspace due to snakes, spiders, and rodents. Now, it’s perfect and pest free. I highly recommend.
