We recently had A1 Flooring replace the flooring in our home after a toilet flood caused significant damage, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. They helped us choose the right materials, kept us updated throughout the process, and completed the installation quickly and with great attention to detail.

The new flooring looks fantastic, and the quality of the work really shows. It was a stressful situation, but A1 Flooring made it so much easier with their great service and expertise. Highly recommend them!

We are extremely happy with our flooring and our carpeting. The men that came and did the installation were very professional and very friendly. They were very hard workers. The people at the office were so nice. They would call and check to see if we were happy with the job that they had done. They did a great job letting us know when they would be arriving. They were able to come out and give me a quote right after I called them. Their price was great and they were able to schedule me right away. The crew worked quickly and did a great job, my new laminate flooring looks awesome. Highly recommend.

I used A1 floors for a complete floor remodel of LVP and Carpet. They were able to pull out and remove the old hard wood floors along with the old carpet. The scope of the job was about 1900sqft and took them 2 days to complete. A couple of things to note are they come prepared with options for you to look at during your consult. I recommend that you know what you want as you do get a discount if you make the purchase that day. If you are unsure you may want to get other quotes prior to having them come so you can compare. Another is no mater how much they try to keep the dust down, if you are doing anything with hardwoods, there is going to be dust. Don’t complain or get angry they try their best so expect to clean for a couple days after. Elmer and his crew were great! Nice guys and very hard working. There was a small hiccup during the process in which Kevin the owner was able to fix without an issue. Great experience overall.

The staff at A1 Flooring are awesome. Chris brought samples to my home and took measurements, he was informative and professional. Abby and Heather were patient and extremely helpful. Jeremy delivered the materials promptly and Jose (and crew) did a great job installed the flooring. I thank everyone for the smooth process.

Hello, we hired A1 Flooring to come in and replace carpet in four rooms. They showed up at the schedule date and time they were exceptionally reasonable to work with And at a great value. The quality work was exceptional. When they arrived, they were extremely polite, respectful, fast, and clean they came in and prepped and installed the carpet in incredible amount of time and when they finished, they vacuumed all the rooms, Even the stairs in the entryway that they traveled when they brought the carpet in. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again in the future. Thank you, A1 Flooring for helping us out.

Their motto is to exceed expectations from consultation to installation and they certainly did!! Our consultant, Kate was such an amazing help - she was exceptionally patient with us as we were deciding what we wanted to do with the floor, and super responsive whenever we had questions even after the consult. And the installers got our old carpet and hardwood out and new flooring installed so quickly and efficiently. And vacuumed the carpets when they finished. The floors will need a quick mop, which is to be expected, but we are IN LOVE with our new space!

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of product and service I received from the team at A1 floors. I had never experienced any form of home remodel or significant improvement project, and Dillon made multiple visits to show me samples, was responsive to the many questions I had, and helped me feel comfortable with the process. I had equally impressive follow-through with Kevin, even when I mixed up the instillation date.

I am very happy with their work and service. My vinyl floor looks just like wood and I am so glad that I made the decision to switch from carpet to luxury vinyl floor. Right from the beginning, Mike (manager) and Meriela (sale rep) explained everything in details and helped me choosing the right color for my floor. Then the installation team was on time and cleaned up well after themselves. Thank you for your great work!

Not A1 in my book. 0 stars would be a better review. Can’t even install Pergo properly & they won’t correct the terrible installation job. We now have 3 floor heights on one level of the house because they didn’t use underpayment, transitions between floor heights have already popped up & nails are sticking up all over the place. Thresholds into bedrooms were nailed & glued to bedroom carpet but they popped up & we’re tripping on these too. This happened one day after installation & “A1” said they won’t do anything about it. 3 unprofessional goofs came to “inspect” the shoddy work 2 days after installation. They admitted the job was done incorrectly yet offered no assistance to fix it. They tried to get me to sign a contract drawn on notebook paper saying I was satisfied with the job.

Photo proof of the incompetence. Can’t believe the business owner responded as if they completed a job well done. Yes, I refused to let them in my house to repair the mistakes with a giant tube of brown caulking. I just read the owners pitiful response that laid blame anywhere but on his “business”. It was 6 years ago but a shoddy job none the less.

Overall we had a great experience. Our home was built in 2017 and we selected dark engineered hardwood floors. We loved the look of our floors but hated the maintenance to keep them clean and beautiful. Instead of enjoying our new home we became the shoe police! If that wasn't enough the oils feet and socks would leave footprints as well. We were told to use a certain cleaner to maintain the floors or else we would void the warranty, and that cleaner left.......residue!!

We finally had enough and decided to change our floors to LVP downstairs and remove all of the Level 1 carpet on the stairs, hallway and master bedroom. We couldn't be happier with the results! Our floors are much easier to clean, even with our small dog!

The installation team was on time and professional, the prices are reasonable and both jobs were finished in one day. Our downstairs had over 900 sq ft. complete in about 8.5 hours. The engineered hardwood floors are still in place under the LVP floor.

Once again, great experience! Our only recommendation is to discuss the trim molding after you make your selections. LVP isn't always easy to match up depending on the color. We have to have our mold redone downstairs to correct this. We are working with Kevin to resolve this.

My home carpet was installed 6 years ago with builder grade one.
Wanted to replace them and not sure where to start with. Checked with couple of reputed retail stores. Not so satisfied.
Finally, tried with A1floors, Consultant Kate came to my home for measurements and gave carpet selection choices.
It was an easy process and got a reasonable quote.
I scheduled my installation service. A crew of 5 members team came to my home and installed the carpet in a single day for 5 bedrooms without breaking any.
They are very professional and fast.
My bedroom carpets now looking great and comfy.

I had A1 Floors and another company come out and give me a quote for new flooring. I wanted to get new carpet and hardwoods replaced after 16 years. I ended up choosing A1 Floors. I worked with Kate Graham, one of their sales associates and she was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable of their products, coordinated the job and saw it through. I decided to go with an European Oak 7" plank engineered hardwood on two levels and an upgraded carpet for my 3rd floor.Their crew worked diligently to get the job done in a timely fashion. The floors turned out beautiful. Overall I am very pleased with their work. I will definitely refer them to my clients and friends.

Searched around Raleigh for a good flooring company for a LVP install. A-1 floors came in at a fair price, had great looking options, and a plan for install (previous flooring was DIY and some of floor needed leveling). They did all that I asked them to, turned out very nice, and was installed in one day. I would definitely use them again and recommend! Thank you A-1 floors
