We just had A1 Floors come and lay laminate floors up our stairs and then in all of our carpeted rooms in our house. They were in and out in a day, and it all looks great!! We’re beyond pleased with it, and would definitely use them again/recommend them to everyone we know!

A-1 Floors did a beautiful job installing carpeting. Elmer and his installation team were incredibly friendly and professional, as was the office scheduler and initial measurement specialists. A-1 did LVP flooring a couple years ago and did an exceptional job. Pricing is very fair. Highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed

We recently had A1 Floors come to our home to level out flooring between several rooms and install white oak hardwood floors in our kitchen, half bath, living room, dining room, and hallway. The team did an incredible job! Kate was super helpful when she came by our home for the initial estimate and review of what we needed done in our home. We purchased our our hardwood floor and they were more than willing to install it, which we loved (we were shocked by the number of companies unwilling to install consumer purchased material, especially in a time when it is difficult to get hardwood flooring in your hand without waiting several months). Our project manager John was very helpful and communicative the day of and Edwin's install team was so nice and hardworking! They were super polite and got the entire job done in one day (800 sq ft across the first floor). We would highly recommend A1 Floors for your install needs!

10/10 would recommend A1 floors. I was skeptical going into this process at first because I’m just a girl and I know nothing about flooring so I had multiple people come out and I chose from the bunch. I am happy and pleased with my results. Absolutely love my floors (more than what came with the house). The customer service was good, the team worked well and were respectful. I even had a small issue and they came back promptly and fixed it after I called, with no issue. They did my bedroom, closet and hall way.

I am very thrilled with my new carpet from A1 Floors in my sunroom!! The representative came out to my home, measured and showed me all the samples. He explained the procedure of using a protectant underneath my carpet as my sunroof was built on a previous deck. My carpet is stain resistant and so soft. The workers were professional and efficient and took care to install the carpet right. I also qualified for a 40% off the entire project. I would definitely use A1 Floors again, a local and family owned Flooring Company!

I read many reviews before choosing a flooring company. A1 was affordable and extremely responsive/communicative throughout the process. Not to mention the floors (we replaced the kitchen floors to match the rest of our hardwood) look absolutely gorgeous. We will absolutely use A1 floors again in the future!

Our carpet installation was quick and thorough. The team did a great great job and cleaned up behind behind themselves. We had 1100 ft.² of carpet and the job was completed in about six hours. We had gotten previous estimates and A1 floors gave us the best deal for the best carpet

We have been using A1 Floors for a year. We started downstairs in the family rm and master br in July 2024. They removed the existing carpet and installed Mohawk PureTech Plus waterproof flooring. We were so pleased with the appearance, their speed and professionalism.

Then we decided to remove the hardwood in the foyer as well in Aug 2024. We also had new carpet installed on the first two staircases and landings leading to upstairs. There are three in total. Great job again.

We saved and changed the flooring in the bedrooms, staircase and upstairs hall in Apr and Aug 2025. Now all bedrooms are complete.

The last staircase and hallway upstairs had a hiccup with die lots but I am extremely pleased to say A1 Floors worked with me to find a reasonable resolution. They even used this situation as an unique opportunity for staff. I would say that this small family business do care about the clients. I know experiences can be different from person to person, but expectations and results should match like our experience with A1 Flooring.

I had new carpet and laminate installed in my townhome. Mike was great with coming over and giving an estimate and suggestions on flooring/carpeting. I selected the materials and within a week I was contacted by Robert to make an appointment for the installation. On the day of the installation, Elmer and the rest of the team worked very hard and what was to be a 2-day installation was completed in one day. I'm very happy with the results. It's beautiful and like walking into a new home. I highly recommend A1 Floors.

We just had LVP installed in our entire 2,000 square foot home by A-1! We had many quotes and thought about going the route of getting the flooring ourselves. But after Chris came and brought samples and was able to give us pricing better with their vendors flooring, we went with them! We didn’t have to do anything, they brought the high quality flooring, moved all furniture, and had the entire house done in 2 days! They worked hard and it turned out beautifully. Highly recommend. Was a pleasant, affordable company to work with.

I can’t say enough good things about the three-man crew that installed carpet and hardwood flooring in our home. They truly went above and beyond and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
They arrived early (which already put them ahead in my book), introduced themselves politely, and got straight to work. What could have easily been a two- or three-day project was completed in a single day – they finished in the late afternoon and left the house spotless. Every piece of furniture was carefully moved and put back exactly where it belonged, and they even vacuumed and removed all debris before leaving.
The attention to detail was incredible.

A1 Floors Rocks! Heather helped me to find an alternative to LVP by recommending Engineered Stone for my master bath, hallway, laundry room, and half bath. It's beautiful and low maintenance and looks good up next to my real hardwood floors. They also installed an incredible carpet for my master bedroom that's very pet friendly for my 6 dogs. And perhaps most importantly, Craig helped me through the re-finishing of my hardwood floors in my open architecture home. The job encompassed my kitchen, living room, dinning room, and foyer. There were a couple of issues that arose, but Craig and Kevin were very responsive and resolved all my concerns. I'm very happy with my floors and my choice of installer - A1 Floors of Raleigh, NC. I highly recommend them for new installations or replacement or re-finishing of your existing floors.

Alex did an amazing job on my floors! A1 was able to get me scheduled quickly and had fantastic communication. They were great at educating me on how to care for the floors too. I’m very happy!

We called A1 floors to get a quote for carpet replacement in our rental, among a couple of other places. Of the places we called and received quotes from A1 stood out to us. Chris came out, he was very personable, insightful, and honest. He did not try to force a sale. We were able to get a close match to our builder grade carpet and could not be happier. The install crew was professional and hardworking. We will definitely use them in the future for our flooring needs.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with A1 Floors. John did a good job explaining the procedures, and showing me a lot of samples. I love my new laminate floor. It is gorgeous! I had carpet replaced upstairs, and it looks great too. They cleaned up and vacuumed all before they left. I had a 5 man team, who worked diligently to get it all done in one day. A1 Floors helped us transform a permanent affordable housing unit owned by Families Together. Kevin and Heather were incredibly generous with their time and knowledge, helping us install brand new carpet and vinyl flooring to replace what had been badly damaged. They were communicative about the process, what we needed to do to prepare, and worked with us on figuring out the timing around a number of moving parts. Families Together is so grateful for their support. Highly recommend to anyone in the Raleigh area!!

My neighbor recently had Gutter Shutter of the Triangle replace their gutters and were very pleased with the work completed. We decided to do the same and are very happy with our decision.
David and Ky’Hee were on time and very professional with communication and our installation. They replaced my old gutters, repaired some rotten facia and installed my new 6” gutters with leaf guard. Looks fantastic. Highly recommend

I called about a cleaning, and Dave also talked to me about the benefits of getting gutter guards in the long run. Ultimately what he was saying made sense, and the service estimate was a fair price, so I opted to get the gutter guards with the cleaning and I am extremely happy with how it all turned out.

Dave and Ki did the install and even helped with fixing some issues with missing supports on my gutters that I had not even been aware of, and I was not even charged extra for this.

They did quality and quick work, and left me informed as to what was going on with things each step of the way. One of the things that is most important to me is honesty and transparency, and I strongly felt that is what I got from the team here. I will certainly be returning to them for any of my future gutter needs.

Gutter Shutter is on the more expensive side, but it’s a superior product. I don’t want to have to think about getting my gutters cleaned every fall, so it was worth it to me.
