OCI has done work for me on multiple occasions. They have always been extremely professional. Whether it’s an emergency or just a standard job they have always been fast to respond and complete the job in a timely manner. Their expertise is unmatched and comes from decades of experience. They treated my properties as if they were their own and took care of me as if I was family. If you want it done right, but in a timely manner, you won’t find a better company or better people.

Dustin, Adam, and the crew have been great to work with on our mold remediation issue. They have been very prompt and honest and professional and I would definitely recommend their services.

I called OCI restoration to have some work done. My water heated started leaking and caused mold to grow in my basement. I was given a thorough inspection and was told what had to be done. I had my water heater replaced and the mold removed. Everything that had been soaked with water was replaced and remodel. I was met by good construction workers who came on time and finished the project in an orderly time. Mr Lindamood the Project manager overseen the whole project and made sure all my needs were met. I was given a great price on the work and installation. I have recommened them to my neighbors, friends and family for future projects. Thankyou OCI again.

We called very late on Saturday night and Dustin brought a couple guys out Sunday morning (Mike and a second gentleman whose name I can't recall) to put tarp over the side of the house after a fire before the rain got bad. They were all very helpful, kind, and got equipment in place quickly to dry out the wood floors soaked by the fire department. Thank you very much for helping us so quickly.

On a Saturday night we had a pipe burst and they came out immediately to look at it. They were here until midnight and walked us through every step they needed to do to get our kitchen repaired. Great customer service and highly recommend!

Jordan & Juan were great to work with. They were quick to respond to our water problem. They were very knowledgeable on any questions that we had to ask about the water removal restoration process. They were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable and at ease with what they were doing. They are a great team to work with.

I had tenants who threw a wild party, and my place reeked of weed. I called late on a Sunday, and they were able to get in that evening, put in ozone machines, and the next day, the place was perfect. They were amazing to work with and super flexible on my tight schedule. Would absolutely recommend.

Since the first call upon discovering a water leak and mold growth in our pantry, OCI have been a joy to work with in an event that otherwise is largely a headache. From the start, Dustin was thorough and patient with me as he explained the extent of the problem and what the likely solutions looked like going forward. In addition to a helpful staff, one of the reasons we chose OCI for this job was that the offer both mold remediation and reconstruction, something that many other companies didn’t offer. Although my project is still in remediation phase and not yet completed, the professionalism and personalities of OCI have been worthy of a great review. I paid less than the initial quote. They did the work while I was at work; left the invoice in my mailbox. When I wondered a few weeks later is it was normal to have leaves and water in my gutters, I sent an email and inquired and they came out and did it again for free. Excellent customer service.
